Unisciti a noi per un tour privato mentre ci imbarchiamo in un pellegrinaggio davvero magico a tema Harry Potter attraverso il cuore della Scozia e nelle Highlands. Incontra i nostri famosi 'Highland Coos'. Da un punto di osservazione adatto, ammira l'Hogwarts Express mentre attraversa il famoso viadotto Glenfinnan. Riflettete allo struggente Commando Memorial con vista sul Ben Nevis, la montagna più alta della Gran Bretagna. Ammira i maestosi paesaggi delle Highlands a Glencoe. Visita il luogo delle riprese sia della tomba di Silente che della capanna di Hagrid. Crea ricordi affettuosi e duraturi che catturano la vera essenza della Scozia. NOTA Il treno giacobita non è operativo tra il 25 ottobre e il 27 marzo, in questi mesi visiteremo comunque il Viadotto.

Itinerario
Uno dei castelli più importanti e più grandi della storia scozzese. Il castello di Stirling si trova sulla cima di una collina di roccia vulcanica sopra la città di Stirling.
Un'ottima sosta, servizi igienici e una caffetteria, ovviamente la nostra attrazione principale è dare da mangiare ai nostri tanto amati "Highland Coos".
La Dalwhinnie Distillery, famosa per il suo single malt, è la distilleria più alta della Scozia a oltre 1000 piedi sopra il livello del mare.
A 90 minuti di distanza si trova il Monumento al Commando, una grande statua in bronzo a tre figure che commemora il servizio e il sacrificio prestati da migliaia di truppe alleate durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, con il Ben Nevis che incombe sullo sfondo.
Un viaggio di 30 minuti ci porta alla nostra attrazione principale. Abbraccia l'ambientazione magica di questa location cinematografica di Harry Potter famosa in tutto il mondo e assisti al treno a vapore "Hogwarts Express" che attraversa il viadotto Glenfinnan. Il nostro obiettivo è arrivare entro le 12:20, il treno giacobita può essere visto meglio dalla collina oltre il viadotto, è una passeggiata di 25 minuti, con il treno previsto tra le 13:10 e le 13:30
Il Ben Nevis, che si erge sopra tutte le altre montagne del Regno Unito, è la più alta e mette in ombra Fort William. Ti porteremo in un punto panoramico dove potrai ammirare lo scenario e scattare foto accattivanti. A 30 minuti di auto dal Viadotto.
Hagrids Hut, una volta situato nella gola di Clachaig, all'inizio della catena montuosa Glencoe. Sia il Prigioniero di Azkaban che l'Ordine della Fenice sono stati girati qui. Purtroppo la capanna non c’è più, ma è a pochi passi da dove sorgeva una volta.
Le Tre Sorelle di Glencoe, il luogo più fotografato della Scozia, sono tre picchi montuosi formati 420 milioni di anni fa da un super vulcano, e la valle sottostante è stata scavata dai ghiacciai nel corso di milioni di anni. Dietro c'è una valle nascosta che veniva utilizzata dal clan MacDonald per nascondere il bestiame rubato ai vicini. A 30 minuti di auto da Fort William.
Un viaggio di 20 minuti ci porta a Rannoch Moor, che viene spesso definito il luogo più desolato del Regno Unito, poiché è la più grande distesa di paludi delle isole britanniche. È stato utilizzato anche come ambientazione per le riprese delle scene di Harry Potter I Doni della Morte.
A 5 minuti di auto ci porta al punto panoramico di Loch Tulla che comprende tutto ciò che le Highlands hanno da offrire, dalle montagne in aumento ai laghi e alle foreste di pini.
Un ottimo punto di osservazione di Loch Lomond è la piattaforma rialzata a forma di piramide a Inveruglas. Questa è una buona sosta essendo a 45 minuti da Loch Tulla e a 45 minuti da Glasgow, la tua ultima fermata al tuo alloggio/hotel o airbnb

Siamo felici di ritirare da hotel, pensioni e Airbnb. Questo tour dura circa 12 ore, di cui 7 ore di guida e circa 5 ore trascorse fuori dal veicolo nelle varie fermate/attrazioni. È una lunga giornata con molto da vedere.

Really enjoyed this tour across Scotland and we were made to feel very comfortable even with a bit of a bumpy schedule and things having to get rebooked around things out of E2G's control. We had an amazing time, learned some great facts and stories about Scottish history, saw the train (of course!), had a fantastic lunch, and felt very catered-to all along the way. Taiymur was a fantastic guide and very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! Thanks for making it special!

The only way to do tours! This private tour is a must do in Scotland. My wife and I had the best time and the greatest experience. Brian our tour guide was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He navigated us to all the points of interest and had interesting historical facts at every stop. Brian also provided us with a personal touch and brought traditional Scottish treats his wife Maggie handmade, which were amazing! We had an absolute unforgettable time and created some fantastic memories.

We took a tour with EG2, and our guide Brian was absolutely wonderful — such a great guide! He was incredibly accommodating and adjusted our tour based on what we wanted to see and experience, which made the day feel very personal and special. He took us through the Highlands, which were absolutely breathtaking. One thing I really wanted to do was see the Highland coos, feed them, and pet them — and he made it happen! It was truly a dream come true. Throughout the tour, Brian shared so many incredible stories and so much history about Scotland, which made the experience even more special. This was by far the best tour we have ever taken. When we come back to Scotland, we will definitely book another tour with Brian!

An amazing tour. The sites were beautiful, fun and Ayvin was very flexible getting us to all the sites but allowing us to enjoy the experience. Good conversation, knowledge of history and accommodating to kids as well as older family members!

Our driver/guide, George, was the absolute best!! There was a miscommunication on which “Leonardo” hotel we were staying at - and this saint of a man arrived in Edinburgh early in the morning (from Glasgow) and George checked each hotel to make sure he picked us up on time. I went to the lobby early at 8am and he was already there. And that was before the tour even started! George showed us as much of Scotland as possible in 12 hours. We will forever be grateful for his knowledge and love of his country and its history - and that he shared it all with us. We wanted to see some filming locations (Doune Castle - Monty Python & the Holy Grail - the French Taunter; Game of Thrones - Winterfell; and Outlander - Castle Leoche) and the Glenfinnan Viaduct, along with as many beautiful and historical locations as possible. George introduced us to: The Kelpies, Loch Lomand , The 3 Sisters: (Mountains named Faith, Hope, Charity) and the site of the Glencoe Massacre, the Glenfinnan Viaduct (Jacobite Train - and the Hogwarts Express) & the Highland Coos) . We will remember this day forever and are so so so grateful to George for his kindness and wisdom.

I had an amazing time on this tour up to the glen lock highlands, and Harry Potter train. My tour guide George gave me and my family an amazing experience of Scotland. He took to the time to show me amazing historical sites and places for movies I wanted to see. I’m coming again to do another tour with him next time come.

Im a massive fan of the books and the movies. Despite recent controversies. The world still holds a special place in my heart. This trip helped me ge t back in touch with that special place from my childhood. Seeing the Harry Potter bridge was such a special thing!! We also got to see Winterfell which was amazing. The other Historical castles were special, apparently some were used for filming outlander as well as other movies. Shame the Real Hogwarts wasn't available :P
