Il tour della cantina comprende un'affascinante passeggiata attraverso le cantine, i giardini, il cortile del castello e l'area di produzione dell'azienda vinicola. Il tour della cantina si conclude con degustazioni guidate di vini che ti regaleranno una grande esperienza sensoriale. Tutti i nostri tour tranne uno includono anche una selezione di piatti tradizionali moldavi e da degustazione. In conclusione possiamo dire che farete un viaggio con degustazione di vini selezionati presso una delle cantine più raffinate del paese - Castel Mimi. Passeremo dei momenti meravigliosi qui, in un'atmosfera tanto autentica quanto moderna. Ti sentirai coccolato dai profumi inebrianti dei vini! La cantina non è aperta il lunedì e il martedì.

Itinerario
La nostra strada per il villaggio di Bulboaca durerà circa 1 ora e 15 minuti. Visiteremo la Cantina Castello MIMI. Il percorso partirà dall'ingresso del cortile interno del castello che è splendidamente decorato con prati, arbusti decorativi, labirinti, botti di vino usate come decorazione, una fontana musicale che cambia colore e sgorga dal pavimento. Dopo visiterai le cantine storiche, l'area di produzione del vino, il giardino medievale e il labirinto di siepi. Tempo per la degustazione di vini. Devi degustare 5 fantastici vini Castel Mimi. Assaggia anche 7 antipasti tradizionali moldavi e gourmet: salmone gravlax con pane nero, tomme fatto a mano con pere, paté con cracker di segale alle mandorle, mozzarella con pomodorini e olive e roast beef con salsa di vino. La strada del ritorno a Chisinau durerà circa 1 ora.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.

A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
