In questo tour camminiamo attraverso la città vecchia di Giaffa, una delle città portuali più antiche del mondo. Da Jaffa si cammina, o si usa il taxi (costo non incluso) per andare a Neve Tzedek. Nel 1909, dopo che furono costruiti molti altri piccoli quartieri, ebrei benestanti che arrivavano principalmente dall'Europa dell'Est, volevano anche loro un po' di qualità e decisero di costruire un quartiere con elettricità, acqua corrente e un sistema fognario. Il nome di questo quartiere, Ahuzat Bayit, fu cambiato in Tel Aviv l'anno dopo. Continuiamo su Rothschild Boulevard, attraversando la più grande concentrazione di edifici in stile internazionale al mondo che l'ONU ha assegnato lo status di Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Fu da Giaffa che Pietro spiegò le sue ali verso occidente per diffondere il cristianesimo ai non credenti e fu da Giaffa che gli ebrei, alla fine del XVIII secolo, si recarono al nord per fondare quartieri ebraici.
Il primo quartiere ebraico fuori Giaffa e un ottimo esempio di gentrificazione. Da uno slum del 19° secolo che stava per essere cancellato, è diventato la dimora di oltre una dozzina di miliardari. Questo quartiere affascinante e chic ora è pieno di boutique, caffè, ristoranti ed eleganti negozi di moda e gioielli.

Amit is an amazing tour guide knowing the history of Israel and has a very user- friendly way of speaking. Being a survivor of the Oct 7th massacres, He gave me a private tour of sedorot, the nova festival and was a very moving, powerful story. I highly recommend him for any of his tours, I wish I could speak with him forever as he is an encyclopedia of knowledge and wisdom regarding the history of Israel.
The tour guide was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable. She spoke fluent English, and provided a really great tour. I highly recommend this option.
Who knew time travel was possible? Jeremy, our scary guide in Tel Aviv, convinced us to travel back in time to ancient Canaan. At first, my wife and I were confused. but Let me tell you, we had an experience that should be illegal. Finally, we're grateful that we made it back in one piece. however, if you have a strong heart, put it on your bucket list time travel with Jeremy Lange. highly recommend

<p>Super political tour guide. Spent 25 minutes or more on the various UN resolutions and how wrong they were, while sitting in front of Independence Hall. We held the same beliefs of the tour guide but I still did not come for a lecture, we came to see the sights.</p>
Menno gave a tour for our 50 students from a study association from The Netherlands. The tour was really linked to our study area and Menno told us great stuff about the history of Jaffa, Tel Aviv and Israel. Great to have a tour in our own language with such a good guide! Great to have a pizza and beer with after the tour.
