- Tutti i clienti dovranno passare attraverso la sicurezza per entrare al Louvre. Questa linea può essere lunga in alta stagione.
- Considera il traffico a Parigi e per favore parti presto per arrivare in tempo per il tuo tour. Non è possibile partecipare al tour dopo che è iniziato
- Nota bene : i bambini di età pari o inferiore a 2 anni non sono ammessi in questo tour.
- I clienti devono arrivare al punto di incontro 15 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour. Ciò è dovuto all'ingresso programmato dei biglietti.
- I biglietti possono essere utilizzati una sola volta. Non potrai rientrare se esci da una delle ali del museo.
- Si prega di notare che non è possibile partecipare al tour dopo il suo inizio.
- Ricordati di portare con te documenti di riconoscimento validi, considerando gli ingressi ai monumenti e i controlli di sicurezza all'interno della città.
- Le mance/gratuità (per la tua Guida) sono sempre apprezzate.
- Non sono ammessi zaini, ombrelli o borse grandi nel museo.
- Gli scioperi al Louvre possono verificarsi e il Museo può decidere di chiudere senza preavviso. Se ciò accade, il rimborso non è possibile.
- L'ingresso gratuito al museo si applica ai visitatori sotto i 18 anni e ai residenti SEE sotto i 26 anni, previa presentazione di un documento d'identità valido e prova di residenza. Tutti i partecipanti devono prenotare la nostra visita guidata per poter partecipare al tour, indipendentemente dalla loro età.

I had a lot of difficulty finding the meeting spot as I believe there was almost too much pre-tour communication. Even though I had the electronic ticket it seemed that I was going to have to meet in 2 different places. It started a great tour off difficultly! However the tour was great but I forget my guides name???? He was very informative and got us to see 5 of the top pieces of art and many more.
Small group, very efficient, hitting all the highlights with a knowledgable and great guide. I highly recommend this tour!
We had a private tour of the Louvre with our tour guide, Alban. He was outstanding, and we learned so many of the stories behind the different pieces of artwork. He was able to get us to see specific pieces that we were extremely interested in seeing as well. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime. Three out of the four of us had been to the museum before, but this time was so much better with Alban as our guide.
Celia was our guide, she was excellent. So knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. She was patient with my mom and didn’t rush her.
An extremely disappointing experience due to poor communication from the tour operator. The meeting instructions were not clear enough, and when we had difficulty locating the meeting point, there was no direct contact number for the guide. We repeatedly tried calling the tour operator for assistance, but no one answered. Because we couldn't get any help, we ended up missing the tour. What made the experience even worse was that we were not provided with our Louvre entry tickets after missing the guided tour. Had we received the tickets, we could at least have visited the museum on our own instead of losing the entire experience. The lack of communication and support completely ruined our visit. A simple phone call or a direct contact number for the guide could have prevented all of this. I hope the operator improves their customer support so future travelers don't go through the same experience.
Our tours are scheduled group experiences that begin at a specific time and meeting point. This information is clearly provided in your booking confirmation and reminder emails. The admission tickets included with your booking are priority group tickets reserved exclusively for our company and can only be activated by the guide assigned to your tour. They cannot be used independently or transferred for individual entry. For this reason, it is each guest's responsibility to arrive at the correct meeting point on time so they can join the guide and enter the museum with the group. Unfortunately, if a guest is unable to meet the group at the designated time and location, we are unable to delay the departure, separate the guide from the rest of the group, or provide the tickets for independent use. We are sorry that this was your experience. However, scheduled group tours in some of Europe's busiest museums rely on every participant arriving on time. If this level of coordination is difficult to accommodate, a private tour may be a more suitable option.
