Our Bosphorus cruise was delayed by one hour due to a technical issue, which made the experience even worse. Poor communication, poor planning, and very unprofessional service. I want a refund for the wasted time and inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Thanks for your review.Like you mentioned, due to boat technical issue.We live with machines and ıt happens any time. We delayed but not 1 hour.And we provided service it as mentioned just with delaying a bit. Sorry for it and have a great life.
This is a very honest review. But please read. The boat is outdated, the food is okay, the experience had its own nostalgic 1980s vibe. But the experience was a 10/10. Best thing we did. The hospitality, and kindness of all the staff. The dancers were incredibly talented. They put so much passion and seriousness in their performances. They all just wanted you to have fun, and the staff was having fun in the most welcoming and inviting way. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an authentic Turkish hospitalic experience.

We had to cancel at the last minute and forfeited our pre-payment. It was a mess. My original reservation was made for a 7pm start. When I made contact with the guide at 2:30 pm the day of the cruise he had no idea where my cruise ship was docked and had to have three conversations, pictures and a pin drop sent to him. Also, he was very hard to understand what he was saying and asking. After all the confusion he set our pickup for 7:15 which meant we could not expect to be on the water and cruising before 8PM and back to the boat at 10-11pm. Our flight home required that we be on a coach to the Istanbul airport by 3am. Because of the rescheduling we would have lost 2 to 3 hours of valuable sleep. I expect to be reimbursed for the prepayment.
Dear Mr.Michael Salet,thanks for your review.But your review is not reflect true.Let me try to tell you again shortly about your experience.We tried to reach you by WhatsApp from your number but you didnt reply us.Later wee informed Viator he does not reply us.And mailed them to contact you.We reached you and wanted to let you what time to be at meeting point because you mentioned in reservation that you will come by yourself to meeting point.When you called us,We learned that you are traveling with cruise and you supposed that tour will be near to same dock.We tried to learn about cruise parking.Becasue there are many docks We learned that you are in GaLataport.We informed you that we will pick you from there(even if you choose you will come by yourself ) and informed you about tour.We deal with you that we will pick you in front of PORT BOSPHORUS HOTEL at 19.45.This hotel near to you about 4 minutes to your cruise by walking.We deal for it and clearly ended phone with all details you need.After a short time we got a message from you.You mentioned that you will not join it because you have a flight day after morning.ın this case Please let us what we can do more? And please decide that is this a review that we deserved ?
It was a nice experiente! The food and the music was goog. We liked very much the boy with the quitar, he knows a lot of songs in different culture. But the laydis with the photos not so much, they tried to sell me some photos at over priece and she understood hard that we didn't want the photos.
