My and my family really enjoyed it we had a great time and also the food was good
Rachida is a great place and an impressive kindness and professionalism. I have travelled alone and I have not been alone. Thank you for this great time Mame Ndoye
Our driver Salah was great and drove us safely to the most important places of the trip, guide Ibrahim told interesting information about it. The greatest experience was the camel ride at sunset in the dunes of the Sahara, the great dinner at the desert camp and the dreamlike sunrise in the desert. We were impressed by the warmth and joy of life of the people!
It was a fantastic experience, our tour guide Youbby was very helpful the whole way through, and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend both the trip itself as it was both fun and informative on the history of the area and people, as well as recommend youbby's services. Big thank you to the organisers who made the itinerary and arranged everything, it was extremely smooth and they even reached out prior to confirm the details about the pick up location, how long we'd be there and what to bring etc.
There was a quid pro quo on the course of the 2 days. As a result, the distance has been far too long for our family. On the other hand the care of Adnan, our driver was impeccable, pleasant and understanding, a big thank you to him.
The description of this tour was terrible. The amount of hours spent in the van were astronomical and never mentioned. The Day 2 description on the website was just a copy of Day 1 so didn’t describe anything. The van driver spoke zero English even though the website implies we would have an English speaking guide. There was only 1 breakfast included although the website says 2, the photograph of camels on dunes in the tour description was not even close to where we were. We were not in the Sahara Desert and there were NO dunes. On day 2, there was a blizzard in the mountains and the road was closed so we had to drive all the way around The Atlas Mountains and add 8 hours to our drive. That I even understand was outside the control of the tour operator, but after 13 hours in the van with a driver unable to communicate with any of us, I may never book with Viator again because the descriptions were so inaccurate
An exceptional experience in the Agafay desert, which we recommend with your eyes closed! Everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment of care, the organization is fluid and professional. The activities proposed (quad and camel ride) are well supervised and adapted to the whole family, with a nice dose of adventure and breathtaking landscapes. The meal at sunset was a highlight: beautiful decor, peaceful Mood, tasty cuisine... A real moment suspended in the desert. The evening show was a nice surprise: music, dance, fire... a total immersion in the Moroccan Mood. Many thanks to our guide Rachida, whose kindness, kindness and attention marked the whole family. She accompanied us throughout the day with warmth and professionalism. It’s rare to meet a person so caring and passionate about what they do. We had a complete, authentic and emotional experience that delighted both adults and children. If we return to Marrakech, we will not hesitate for a second: we will pass through this team again to relive this magical break in the desert. Thank you again for these wonderful memories! — Guillaume, Élise and the children 🌅🐪✨
Lousy. They say they give the first breakfast and they didn't. The driver was 45 minutes late. We had no guide, he was merely chauffeur and we had to pay separate guide on one occasion. We paid for the luxury camp and when we arrived they gave us the normal camp, quite ugly by the way and someone told us that if we paid the difference to the luxury they gave it to us and Viator returned that which we overpaid, which did not send an email saying that according to them they reviewed the matter and that they did not return anything to us. The very battered camels, I did not get on, I walked next to him and when we arrived and took away the things they put on them they had little pieces of skin to live flesh, people should not ride them, they are not for that. The only good thing about this is the people of the Camp, super helpful, but they are very humble people who do not attend you for some coins. LOUSY Viator service, we don't recommend it at all and we won't hire you again. Ah! And they don't lead to the desert. It's a roadside.
Our private 2 day desert tour was fabulous. Our driver Djamal was very careful for us and being in private allowed us to appreciate more (less fatigue). The landscapes are magnificent and reaching the bivouac by camel is an adventure, it feels like being alone in the world in the middle of the desert.
We really had a nice time.Enjoyed the camel ride and quad biking. The averall experience was magical, the food, entertainment 👌🏽.Our tour guide Youppy was the best. He made this trip a very memorable one.Thank You Youppy 💖
