Tour in bicicletta per gli amanti della mountain bike inteso a presentare l'eccezionale paesaggio di fiumi tortuosi, colline ondeggianti e punti panoramici mozzafiato intorno a Vilnius. La mountain bike può essere apprezzata da tutti finché puoi andare in bicicletta, sei a posto! Il tour percorre il parco di Belmontas con l'ex impianto di produzione di cannoni e l'esposizione di vecchi mulini ad acqua; in cima al belvedere di Pūčkoriai, il monumento geologico più importante della Lituania; attraverso le località turistiche di Pavilniai e Markučiai con un'incantevole architettura in legno lungo il fiume Vilnia. Distanza: 22 km. Superficie ciclabile: 20% di piste forestali, 30% di strade sterrate e 50% di strade asfaltate a basso traffico.

The tour is well thought out, as the run alternates with visiting interesting places you knew nothing about, stopping at observation decks where you can both take pictures and simply admire the beautiful scenery.

Even though I was the only client the tour wasn’t cancelled which was great. I was slightly “under the weather” so suggested an easier ride so we did a kinda of river/parks/urban sightseeing tour which was great. Lots of interesting information on the area and a pleasurable ride. Highly recommended.
