Tour in kayak o paddleboard con delfini e lamantini

Descrizione

We had such a great time kayaking—definitely a highlight! We were lucky enough to see both dolphins and manatees up close, which made the whole experience feel really special. Bryce was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip fun and easy for everyone. Highly recommend
Thank you so much for this great feedback. We are so happy that you had a good time! Jenny
We had a great time but called several times for our photos and never received them. This was after giving a good review on google and tipping. We called about 5-6 times, left messages and did speak to someone who said they would post the pictures and never received them. Not sure what happened.
There must be some technical difficulties with these complimentary photos. Give our offices a call at 4073008781 and we'll have our management send them to you directly.
Steve Granger was a great guide! Not only did we see Manatee, alligators and a ton of birds, we learned so much from him about the history and back story of the facility. I highly recommend this trip. I only have one negative thing to say - Steve took a lot of great pictures and said we could get them. I didn't know I would have to pay for the link, but I did go ahead and pay $10 to get 5 pictures which included 3 videos. However, I couldn't access the videos bc the site required me to download some other program to see them. :( Steve needs to make sure to let people know there is an extra charge for the pictures. Had I known they weren't "free" I would have taken more myself.
There is never a charge for photos with us. Under Gallery on our website, you can access our complimentary photos for free. I'm not sure what exactly you clicked into. If you need some guidance, feel free to call our office we are happy to help! I'm so glad you had an incredible time with our amazing guides. We love it out there!
It was an incredible experience, the nature and wildlife were beautiful. My guide, Bryce, was exceptional. He knew everything about the area, everything about the wildlife and so gentle with care of nature! I would take this tour every day if I could 🦋🐙🦐🐠🪼🦈🦤
Wonderful!!!! We love our amazing guides! So happy you had an amazing time!
Was awesome! The pace is very comfortable, no rush, a lot of attention and dedication from Bryce. He actually is a walking (perhaps more accurately - floating :) encyclopedia. I learned a lot about wildlife there (birds, trees, dolphins) but also we had just very friendly and pleasant conversation. A dolphin, did appear, and was quite active on his own :). And photos, was a great bonus (free of charge). All in all I had a great time, will definitely recommend this tour to friends of mine and certainly will bring my family next time.
How wonderful!!! Bryce is amazing! We are so happy you had such a memorable experience with us! We definitely look forward to having you with us again in the future!
Highly Recommend!!! What a great experience! Took my daughter and niece on this tour. They loved every minute of it. Our guide Roger did a fantastic job. We saw a ton of wildlife and learned so much about the history of the Springs. I typically don’t write reviews but I loved this so much I had to share.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave this awesome review. We appreciate you and we love Roger!
We had a wonderful tour. Savannah gave us a great experience. So friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have had a better evening trip. Thank you very much!
Thank you for the glowing review! We love Savannah!!!
Equipment was good. Savanna was awesome. She was knowledgeable, organized, funny, and fun to hang out with. Will definitely do this again...maybe even tomorrow in Silver Springs
We are so happy to hear how much you enjoyed your adventure. We think Savannah rocks as well!
This was a pretty disappointing tour. We definitely didn't get our money's worth. It was a windy and stormy day for our tour. Looking back, I wish our tour guide would have said it's not the best weather for the tour and worked something out with us. It took us over 30 minutes to paddle to the island with waves coming over the front of the kayak. Our tour guide just kept saying to let him know if it got too bad. Like we would know what that looked like? We already were sitting in inches of water. He said maybe we could get a refund, but he wasn't sure because his bosses didn't usually do that. We were provided with child size paddles for the kayak. Our tour guide didn't know there were different sizes of kayak paddles. He said, "I thought all kayaks had the same standard size paddle." And his company only bought one size. Yikes! The paddle size definitely added to the time it took to get to and from the island and a lot of our energy. We didn't see anything on our 2 hour tour other than our guide picking up trash around the island and complaining about how bad humans are. I think our tour guide started to panic about not seeing anything on the island that he resorted to talking about dead fish carcasses and picking up trash. One side of the island he led us to, he didn't even look in the water for creatures. He just walked around picking up trash. We were confused about why we walked on that side of the island if there was nothing to see. After the tour ended, he asked for a tip and reviews because his boss told him he had to. He didn't ask how it went or what we thought. We did have to prompt our guide to take pictures. Once we got the only half, we didn't have his finger in it. So we should have taken our own instead of relying on our guide. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend Epic tours until they can get the right equipment for their customers and work with customers on days that it's not the best weather to be going out.
THank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. It will be passed along to the operations manager. JW
Savannah was amazing very patient and informative on the wild life. I had a great time and will definitely be back for the luminescent tour.
