Tour in catamarano premium di Isla Mujeres con trasporto da Playa del Carmen

The boat was very small. Not enough shade. No chairs either. From what my family said is that the drinks were watered down too.

We enjoyed our day and came back with a good memory. The sellers in Isla mujeres are a little insistent. Unlimited alcohol, attentive and smiling crew. We were in the Toucan. The only negative rating is that we had asked for a French guide and the staff spoke only Spanish and English. We met a couple who translated us into French so we could understand everything.

The drive on the shuttle was horrendous. Hot, no air conditioning and we packed the van so full two had to sit up front with the driver. Nauseating to say the least. The catamaran was beautiful, the staff were attentive and friendly. We were asked to come and take pictures not realizing we were going to be sold to later. We didn’t bother looking at them and this seemed to upset the staff when we politely declined reviewing them. The water was absolutely stunning. The most perfect aquamarine but it was a choppy day. Nonetheless the staff on the Toucan were attentive and kept drinks flowing. Lunch was on the island of isla mujeres after showing us our meeting point which so conveniently was a souvenir shop and jewelry store. Regardless, the staff weren’t pushy and told us to be careful of scammers on the streets. They see your wristband from your hotel and call out “hey I know you from the _____ hotel!” They don’t know you, it’s a ploy to get you to come and talk and buy. The lunch was mediocre at best. Nothing to write home about. The free 2 hour island time was spent walking around getting harassed by shop owners saying “hey lady” and “come here beautiful” and asking you to try free tequila. We could get a chair on the beach because they were all taken and they charge you to sit on a beach chair, so we were forced to walk around getting harassed in the heat. There is literally nothing to do on the island and it’s pretty dirty. It’s all tourist shops and souvenir places. Avoid. Boat ride back was fun. If we could have just done the boat, it would have been great. Shuttle ride back to riviera maya was another 2 hour drive. This time we sat up front and got a slice of air conditioning. Those poor people in the back :(

First off, the service and staff were great. The drinks stayed flowing and the crew made sure everyone was taken care of the whole trip. But… as far as the catamaran & excursion. It seemed like they were an up-and-coming business. (Which is understandable). What we disliked the most was the time we got to spend at Isla Mujeres. We booked thinking we had hours to shop, bar hop and enjoy the beach and that wasn’t the case at all. When we docked at IM we were only given 1 hour to do what we wanted, but we felt limited on how far we could go. And that hour flew by. We got back on the catamaran to go to another spot in Isla Mujeres and that pretty much ruined the trip and made us regret booking. We docked at what looked like an abandoned beach club. One guy even said it looked like the place Mexico forgot about. This is also where they had the buffet and the food was horrible, along with the ppl there trying to pressure the guest into tipping. We just found a spot to chill and just waited for everyone to get back on the catamaran to head back. Would not recommend this trip especially if you’re staying in Playa Del Carmen. The 1.5-2 hour ride isn’t worth it in my opinion. The hospitality and drinks during the sail was the only good thing about this excursion.

Catamaran crew very good , port experience not that great, they charged us for the tax 25 each instead of 20 and then an extra 10 for each of us really didn’t understand the reason and I do speak English and Spanish. We were late because our chofer got a flat tire , it was not his fault and he was great but I did not have time to argue with the person at the port, it felt not right since you don’t get a receipt I felt the person at the port pocket 70 dollars

The experience went quite well, from the reservation to the end. Staff quite professional, there were no delays and everything was well coordinated. The catamaran was also in excellent condition and did not carry a lot of people which makes the experience better. On the boat the crew is always attentive.

Enormous lost time. The boat staff was very friendly and helpful and the drinks were served all the time, but the tour was disappointing. We were picked up at 8am at the hotel in Playa del Carmen, we arrived at the port of Cancun at 9am, but the catamaran tour only started at 10:30. At first we did the dive activity (which lasted 15min) and then we went to Isla Mujeres. Upon arrival, we were indicated the closest beach to the harbour, but we were guided to the opposite side, as we should go to the meeting point, which to our surprise was in a jewellery (International Diamonds). After half an hour, we were released to follow up to the beach, but with a time of only 1h15 until our return to continue for lunch. Considering that we took 15min from the jewellery to the beach and the same time back, we only had 45min free to enjoy the beach. Upon returning, we waited for another 30 minutes and returned to the catamaran, from where we continued for a long journey to the restaurant, which was in a decadent water park and whose equipment could be used with a separate payment. The lunch was the worst of the whole trip to Mexico and, after some more waiting time, we returned to the boat for Cancun. We arrived at the harbor and waited for our transportation for more than an hour. After the arrival of the van, we waited for another half an hour for the arrival of a couple who came from another ride. We arrived at the hotel of Playa del Carmen after 20h, that is, it was a 12-hour tour of which we effectively enjoy 15min of diving and 45min on the beach of Isla Mujeres. Enormous lost time.

The crew was amazing but the island there was no time and 2nd Island was run down with absolutely nothing to do. The food was horrible and it was chicken, spaghetti, pizza, fruit, and fish no local cuisine.

Excellent trip. Lunch and beach were great! Open Bar on the boat was fantastic...cups never went dry. The crew was also fantastic.

It was a good time but a very long day. I was told it was an English speaking tour and while they did tell us the important stuff (like safety and bathroom) we were not able to join in any conversations or enjoy the music (it was mostly all in Spanish). I understand that the majority of the people on the tour spoke Spanish (even though some of them spoke English) that was my only compain
