La tua avventura inizia nel momento in cui vieni prelevato da Amber Cove o Taino Bay. Si tratta di 2 minuti di auto da AMBER COVE e da TAINO BAY, veloce 12 minuti di guida alla nostra stazione Super Buggy. All'arrivo, la Guida fornisce un briefing sulla sicurezza Whit Googles, Bandane, Caschi. Imbarcati in un emozionante giro di 90 minuti attraverso la campagna, passando per villaggi dominicani e spiagge mozzafiato, immergendoti nella vivace vita locale e nello scenario naturale mozzafiato. L'itinerario prevede una sosta di 15 minuti in una fabbrica di sigari, dove sei invitato ad assaggiare gli scatti di MamaJuana e gustare una degustazione di cioccolata calda e caffè, offrendo un assaggio della tradizione dominicana. Successivamente, una sosta di 15 minuti in spiaggia, permette di fare un tuffo rinfrescante nelle acque cristalline, un bel modo per rinfrescarsi. Il tour si conclude con una discesa al porto della tua nave da crociera, Amber Cove o Taino Bay, completando una giornata indimenticabile di esplorazione e divertimento! Don’t leave your wallet behind like we did. It was an awesome experience. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an adventure.
Rescheduled our tour from 10:30am to 11:30am, buggies broke, late arrival back to base, no sense of urgency to get us back to the ship. Made it back, but not with a comfortable buffer.
Scheduled tour for 10:30am to allow buffer to get back to our ship. Tour operator rescheduled for 11:30am. Two buggies were down before we cleared the driveway, two more had to be fiddled with to keep them running. Late back to the base, there was no sense of urgency to get us back to the ship. We made it, but it was nerve wracking.
The organization of the tour was very lacking. We never received a confirmation email from the tour company only that we would be meeting outside the cruise port at 9am. So we walked from our hotel to the cruise port only to wait for 45 minutes before calling the tour company. They informed us that they would pick us up at the hotel at 10am so we had to run back to the hotel. Once we were picked up, it was smooth sailing. The tour itself was very organized and fun. We always felt safe as one person would go ahead and block the roads so we could pass without incident. The mud was deep and plentiful. YOU WILL GET DIRTY! Even the shopping stop was very picturesque and worth it. The beach we stopped at was beautiful. Definitely will be back!
Fun excursion! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to get very muddy. Also be prepared for the stop for the cigars, etc that people were pretty pushy about selling you things. Bought the photo/video package for $115 since we were too muddy to take any ourselves, they did a good job.
Good reliable organization! Everything well arranged incl pick up and drop off to cruise pier Amber Cove.. recommended
