We had a wonderful experience with Tuscan Heart Tours! Our group of 17 traveled in three clean, comfortable vans with our guides Dany, Giuliano, and Valerio. All three guides were extremely accommodating, spoke fluent English, and helped us see everything we wanted to visit in Pisa and Florence. They met us right at the cruise terminal and kept the day running smoothly, allowing us to make the most of our time without ever feeling rushed. They were knowledgeable about the history, culture, local sights, and best shopping areas, and they made the experience enjoyable for every age in our group. We would highly recommend Tuscan Heart Tours, especially for large groups visiting from a cruise!

Dani was amazing! He knew the area very well and was very accommodating. It was a stress free day for our group of 19, as Dani knew the most popular places to bring us as well as a few hidden gems. Highly recommend!

If you're reading this review look no further. Dani is super top and professional. Few people make you think they deserve 10 stars. Dani is one of them. He's a great tour guide, but even better he is a great and trustworthy person.

We use Tuscan Tours back in 2017 for a winery tour and absolutely loved it. So we decided to call them again because we were coming back to Livorno on another cruise. We did the countryside winery tour in Tuscany as well as the Pisa and Florence tour. Dani was our tour guide in Florence and Teresa was our tour guide for the winery. We had Teresa as our tour guide back in 2017 and we’re so happy to have her as our tour guide again. Dani was very welcoming and friendly. We felt like he was part of the family. What we appreciated the most was that we went to areas that were not overcrowded with tourists. And the lunch spots we were taken to were places that locals went to, and the food was delicious. When we went to the winery, we were actually taken to a local gentleman’s home and we served a wonderful lunch with wine pairings. Plus his home was absolutely beautiful. We also did a quick tour in Rome with Tuscan heart, and were taken to all the main sites in Rome. We all highly recommend this tour company whenever you’re in the area.

What a fun day! If I could give this tour more stars, I would! We had an enjoyable visit to Pisa, a beautiful drive thru Tuscany, a delicious lunch and wine. Nothing to complain about here. This tour is a must do!

This is our second time touring with this wonderful company with Dany as our guide. Dany goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is exactly as we want. Keeping in touch with me before as we plan and helping to customize our private tours each time, Tuscany, Wine tasting, Cinque Terre Livorno. Dany knows the region and provides information and guidance. We will be booking again in 2026!

We spent the day exploring Tuscany with Valerio. He picked us up right at the port in a large and comfortable van. We spent a little time in Pisa with the crowds and then we did not see another tourist the rest of the day. We visited beautiful small town with a fortress with a wonderful view of the famous Tuscan countryside. Then the pinnacle was a visit to a small family winery and olive oil farm. It was a beautiful setting, a wonderful multi-course lunch from Maria Teresa, who adjusted very quickly to accommodate my complicated food allergies, and a very generous and delicious wine tasting. If you are thinking it seems that the extra 55 euros for lunch seems too much, I promise, you will walk away confident this was a day and money well spent. Valerio was a kind, informed, and curious guide. Yesterday I fulfilled a lifelong dream to visit Florence and Michelangelo’s David moved me to tears. Today was even better. Don’t second guess, book it! Thank you for an unforgettable day Valerio and Maria Teresa!

Tuscany is everything you would think of when imaging a small quaint Italian countryside village. Our tour guide Valerio was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pronounce many Italian words and made our trip wonderful.

Booked last minute because we were tired of the larger tours thru cruise. Amazing experience! Exactly what we hoped for

On a last minute whim we booked this excursion to Pisa and the most amazing Wine Farm! It was the best experience of our 10 day cruise. If you are looking for a true experience this is a must!!!!! The driver was prompt, very informative and engaging, and the wine and food at the wine farm was beyond excellent!
