We had a fantastic day with Marta our friendly guide. We got lost in Florence and we had excellent help and communication from the operator Shore experience. Marta arranged a land train to go to see Pisa which would have meant a lot of extra walking in exceptional heat. We will recommend this company and Viator to our friends.
Excellent trip. Ariana was fantastic, knowlegeable, caring, she told great stories and she made the trip fun. Perfectly organized. Rosano, our driver, was fantastic too. I would highly recommend anyone to do the trip with Arianna and Rosano.
The tour was very good and informative, Adriana was an excellent and funny guide. Lucca, our driver also took great care of our group. My wife and I had a great time, would recommend!!!
It was a full and jammed pack day. Our tour guide Ariana was full of info, very charming and was ready to answer any questions the passengers needed to know. And also threw in a little humour here and there to lighten up the day. Also enjoyed getting to see the leaning tower of Pisa and eating some nice authentic Italian Pizza..
This was a great tour for the value paid. The tasting experience was excellent. The restaurant staff was excellent and spoke very good English also. It was worth the price of the tour by itself. Ignacio and Viola were great. They were very knowledgeable and personable.
Great tour guides!! The bus driver and tour gals were terrific! Our group was just too large - 81 people - we lost some time waiting so we were a bit rushed in Florence. Definitely skip the tasting of focaccia! Not worth the time! Much of this was self guided with a map, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, it was fantastic!
Viola and Ignacio and their driver Luca led us on a guided tour from our cruise ship to Florence and Pisa. They conducted the narration in Spanish and English, and were concise, polite, and punctual. This tour has a guarantee to get you back onto your cruise ship on time! We highly recommend this team!
Ariana is a welcoming and knowledgeable guide. She involves everyone in the group and has a very engaging approach that encourages everyone’s participation and leaves all group members with far more knowledge than they would otherwise get with the most tour guides. It would be great to have her for every excursion. During our free time, we chanced upon her in the middle of Florence and asked her a couple of questions. Instead of merely answering, she gave our group a side excursion and showed us the the monuments near the Ufizzi museum and the reproduction of the statue of David and she then she guided us toward Ponte Vecchio. She also gave us some hints about other fascinating things to see and do. She is truly proud of her country and it shows through with the way she engages all of the visitors and made all of us feel like we were at home. Period absolutely the best. Thank you also to Ricardo for a great job driving.
