The advertisement said 3 hour guided ride. The guided part was less than an hour. Went on a bike path that was crowded with people walking. Guide was a young lady that did not speak English well. Also she went so fast leaving some way behind. Disappointing.
Owner was working very hard and was kind. However, the tour was short and the tour guide was inexperienced. Checking in for the tour was disorganized. There were several individuals on our tour who had never ridden an e-bike, and the instruction provided by the tour guide on the operation of the e-bikes was inadequate. Also, our tour group size was too large for the tour guide to keep together. Participants at the rear of our group complained they were being left behind by the guide. I have taken several bike tours and have always been pleased with the guide and the experience. This one did not measure up.
