We had done the evening tour as a group of 5 with age range 10-73. Everyone had a fantastic time and said it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Elmira, was incredible - a wealth of information with many fun and interesting facts along the way. She was engaging for the adults and my children (ages 10 and 11). We had done the tour on our first night and it was a great orientation for the coming days. We got to see al the monuments of interest and had time at them for pictures. I would highly recommend this as an activity and if you are lucky enough to have Elmira, you will definitely enjoy!

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable way to see the sights of Washington DC. I wish we could have taken this tour the first day we were in town because we learned so much and it helped us prioritize what we wanted to do with our remaining time in town. Or guide was Luka and he did a great job explaining everything. The evening your was so ideal as there wasn't much traffic or other visitors. It was also beautiful to see the sights at night, and the temperatures weren't as hot. Thank you!

This tour was not great. It was meant to be a golf cart tour, but they showed up with a windowless van. They then brought some golf carts but not every guest got to go in the golf cart. We started 15 minutes late and ended 15 minutes early, missing several listed sites to view. Additionally you could not hear our guide AT ALL. They had a microphone that did not work. The guide was very sweet though. I would not recommend this at all.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the vehicle provided, the delayed start, shortened duration, and the sites that were missed during the tour. We also apologize for the audio issues that made it difficult to hear the guide's commentary. While we're glad to hear that you found your guide friendly and courteous, we regret that the overall experience fell short of what was advertised. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with our team as we work to improve our tours and guest experience.
Horrible experience . They have known for weeks what roads were closed and what sights were fenced off. Said we would see 16 landmarks, we saw three. The guide barely spoke and drove around like he was lost. We bailed out after 1 and a quarter hours. We complained and they offered $6 per person. Don't waste your time.
Hi Gary, sorry that Trump Admin decided to close the road on July 5th as well. Usually, they are only closed for July 4th. We reached out to customers whose tour was impacted due to road closures and provided them voucher and full refund. We're not sure what you mean by $6 but everyone is refunded. Sorry for inconvenience.
We took this tour tonight and were disappointed it didn't "stop by," "see", "explore," or "pause at," at several places that were listed, including the Korean and Vietnam memorials, FDR memorial, Albert Einstein and that the Jefferson memorial was only seen from far away. There were 13 places to see/stop at on the route map when we booked. See route and descriptions. I believe their site is updated with fewer stops now, probably after receiving feedback that route map on website did not match actual tour. When tour guide was asked about some stops not happening, he said he doesn't stop there even though we pointed out that those places are mentioned as places to see/explore. The website even mentions the tour is "not just a drive by." I followed up with the company to inquire why several stops were skipped. Never heard back. Just be sure to check with them to see if they actually go where you expect to go so you aren't disappointed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. While our route may occasionally be adjusted due to traffic, road closures, time restrictions, or operational considerations, we understand how disappointing it can be when the experience differs from what you anticipated. We also apologize if you didn't receive a response to your follow-up inquiry. Your comments are valuable, and we'll use them to review how we communicate our tour routes and stop locations more clearly. We appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Very disorganized at the meeting place. Overbooked and waited for more vehicles. The person placing people was very under trained. The person doing the tour was very good. She knew her details.
Thanks Robert, for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the check-in process felt disorganized and that the wait before departure affected your experience. That's not the first impression we want our guests to have, and we'll be reviewing your comments with our team to improve how we manage arrivals. We're glad to hear your guide provided an informative tour and made the experience worthwhile. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a smoother visit in the future.
