Durante il tour vedrai e imparerai tutto sul processo di produzione dei sigari, con un gran numero di artigiani di sigari che producono 14 diverse dimensioni di sigari con 5 diversi punti di forza, tra cui lieve, medio e corposo. I sigari dominicani hanno vinto numerosi premi nel corso degli anni. Un negozio in loco è il luogo ideale per ritirare una scatola da portare a casa. Il personale parla spagnolo, inglese e presumibilmente francese e tedesco Bella Mare è un luogo di shopping per i visitatori alla ricerca di prodotti autentici e genuini della Repubblica Dominicana - Larimar, Ambra, Artigianato, Quadri, Caffè, Cacao, Rum, Mamajuana e altri prodotti tipici dell'isola. La struttura Bella Mare è aperta e disponibile per le persone che soggiornano nei resort nell'area di Punta Cana. Nella maggior parte dei casi, forniranno il trasporto gratuito dal tuo resort e il trasporto gratuito di ritorno al tuo resort. I tempi di prelievo possono variare da 30 minuti a 1 ora a seconda della località.

This experience was good for anyone wanting to get souvenirs different from resort items to take back home.
The driver was a no-show. Called his number given by operator, no answer. Waiting from 20 minutes before pickup time to 20 minutes after. Disappointed.
The experience was great. We did the morning horseback ride and thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend 100%

Terrible experience because an unidentified person started messaging me via WhatsApp and saying they would arrive an hour and a half earlier than our appt time. We couldn’t agree to the new pickup time so the excursion was cancelled.
There was confusion with our booking, which I believe was due to Viator double-booking us with another company. I received messages from both companies, but we ended up with the one we hadn't paid for. When we realized we were with a different company, we contacted this company to take us from the Don Lucas parking lot to the correct tour we had booked. We paid $6 per person (for a total of 12 people) for this company to literally take us to a corner store. We did not visit Bella Mare as advertised, nor did we see any cigar rolling demonstrations, and the staff lacked knowledge about cigars. We received only a rum sample because we persistently asked for it. Unfortunately, we did not learn anything about chocolate during this experience. They did provide us with a few complimentary cigars to try at the store. One of our group members paid for store purchases using a credit card. She was quoted $63, but upon checking her billing statement, she found that she was charged $82. We tried to make the best of the situation because we just wanted to enjoy our trip. However, we do not recommend this company or this experience.

My tour guide Javier was absolutely amazing, not only if he drive back to my hotel when he couldn’t find me but he also signed me up for another tour the next day (zip lining, Horseback riding, dune buggy, etc….) thank you so much

Javier is absolutely amazing not only did he came back to my hotel when I couldn’t find him but he was also super funny and took me to the best spot. He also gave me some mama junana in the way there m. Super awesome guy
It was a good experience, just that I was more prepared for a bigger mall, in 10-15 minutes I was done and ready to leave I love the chocolate I recommend the coffee oil
