La nostra escursione parte dalla città di Valencia alla scoperta del fiume sotterraneo più grande d’Europa dichiarato patrimonio dell’umanità dall’UNESCO. Un sorprendente labirinto sotterraneo dove la magia della natura prende vita. Stalattiti e stalagmiti si intrecciano in una danza di pietra, mentre vaste stanze rivelano la grandezza nascosta sotto i nostri piedi. Potrai: scoprire le origini delle grotte, assistere alla loro evoluzione nel corso degli anni e ammirare i panorami mozzafiato del Parco Naturale della Sierra de Espadán. Verremo a prendervi dai punti di incontro a Valencia e subito dopo inizieremo la nostra avventura guidando verso ''la Vall d'Uixò''. Dopo la visita all'interno delle grotte (1 ora circa) avremo 30 minuti di tempo libero per scoprire un insediamento romano iberico (che ha una vista incredibile sulla regione), bere qualcosa, fare un brunch o semplicemente riposare nell'area naturale. * I punti di incontro dove raccogliamo: NH Valencia Center, Torres de Serranos e Ciudad de la justicia.

- La durata dell’attività (dalla raccolta fino al rientro dalle grotte) è di 4h.
- Non faremo il bagno nel fiume in questa attività.
- All'interno delle grotte c'è una temperatura annuale costante di 20oC.
- Avrete 30 minuti di tempo libero per utilizzare bagni, bar e negozi o semplicemente per rilassarvi nella zona.
- Si può prendere il proprio cibo / bevande. Ma non è permesso mangiare all'interno del bus.
- Hai incluso il trasporto di andata e ritorno (stesso punto di prelievo)

Inoltre, durante il tour in barca andrai con una Guida-barcaiolo che ti Guiderà lungo il percorso e ti indicherà alcuni punti chiave della meraviglia naturale (potrebbe essere in Spagnolo). Here’s a polished but strongly worded review that keeps your main points while sounding like a genuine Tripadvisor review. I would not recommend this tour. It was advertised as a 4-hour guided experience, but in reality, about 3 of those 4 hours were spent sitting on a bus. If you’re expecting to spend most of your time exploring the caves, you’ll be very disappointed. Another major issue was that nowhere did they clearly explain beforehand that photography and video recording are not allowed inside the caves. Many of us only found out once we were already there, which was frustrating. The tour was also advertised as being conducted in both English and Spanish. While on the bus there was some English, once we entered the caves, the guide spoke almost exclusively in Spanish. None of the 14 English-speaking people in our group could understand what was being explained, so we completely missed out on the history and significance of the caves. To make matters worse, the advertisement claimed the bus was air-conditioned. It absolutely was not. The bus was unbearably hot, and the driver drove so slowly that there was almost no airflow. We spent hours feeling hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the excessive time on the bus, the lack of English during the actual cave tour, the misleading advertising about the air conditioning, and the poor communication about the no-photo policy, this tour was nowhere near worth the money. Save your money and look for another way to visit the caves.
The tour itself was wonderful seeing the caves, our guide Jorge was awesome, I didnt give 5 stars because the day was very hot and the ac on the bus seemed to not fully work it was an extremely uncomfortable ride to and from the caves. I would most definitely do the tour again as long as we are given a different bus for transport.

Wonderful way to beat the intense heat! A little under an hour drive north of Valencia. Very well organized. The boat guide did not speak English but was not a big deal. Great for kids and adults alike.

As much as the caves were gorgeous, I booked the tour to be in English. So the pick up and the transport to the location was in English, however, the tour guide did not get on the boat with us. I do not expect every single person to know English so I understand the boat worker not speaking English, however there was plenty of space on the boat and I was expecting the guide to join the trip to translate about the history of the caves. Disappointed with the lack of communication of that as I would have wished to learn about the caves.

As stated in the tour description, the boatmen inside the caves may only speak Spanish, so our guide explains the history and key highlights in English before entering. Since the group is divided between two or more boats, it wouldn't be fair for the guide to join only one while the other group received no guidance. For that reason, our guides remain available afterwards to answer questions and clarify anything from the boat ride. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to make this clearer for future guests.
The truth is that I have no bad opinion about Ferran; he has been a very good guide. He was spectacular, very good with English; it was as if he were British. I would tell him to keep doing it the same way because it can't be done any better. I really liked how he explained and expressed himself in both languages, Spanish and English. I would repeat it 100 more times thanks to him. And seriously, thanks to him, the trip has been much more comfortable and much more cheerful.

A delightful tour, and accomplished guides. It is unfortunate that the audio system did not work so we were unable to get information along the way. But, the history information was very interesting. The caves were amazing! It was like Disneyland but without the music and added danger.
