Itinerario
Dai il via alla tua avventura nell'iconica Plaza de Toros. Questa storica arena per la corrida non è solo una testimonianza della tradizione spagnola, ma anche una meraviglia architettonica. Senti l'adrenalina mentre ti trovi in un luogo in cui hanno avuto luogo innumerevoli battaglie di coraggio.
Poi, ci dirigiamo alla stazione di Valencia Nord. Questa splendida stazione ferroviaria vanta un design intricato che fonde modernismo con elementi tradizionali valenciani. È uno spettacolo da vedere e il sogno di ogni fotografo.
Il nostro viaggio continua verso Pl. de Sant Agustí, una piazza vivace che prende il nome dalla vicina chiesa. Qui, puoi sperimentare la vibrante energia di Valencia e magari anche assistere a un evento o a un mercato locale.
Nessuna visita a Valencia è completa senza una sosta al Mercat Central. Questo mercato è una festa per i sensi con le sue bancarelle colorate e i cibi aromatici. Prendi un boccone veloce o semplicemente goditi l'atmosfera vivace.
A due passi troverete l'Església de Sant Joan del Mercat. Questa splendida chiesa è immersa nella storia e offre un momento di tranquillità durante il vostro tour frenetico.
La nostra prossima attrazione è La Llotja de la Seda, un sito patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. Questo edificio in stile gotico era un tempo un centro per il commercio della seta e si erge come monumento al passato prospero di Valencia.
Proseguendo, raggiungiamo Plaça de la Reina, una delle piazze più centrali e vivaci della città. Circondata da bar, ristoranti e negozi, è il posto perfetto per fare una pausa e immergersi nell'atmosfera.
Da Plaça de la Reina, è solo un breve tragitto fino a El Micalet. Sali su questo campanile per una vista panoramica della città, o semplicemente ammira la sua bellezza architettonica dal basso.
Il nostro tour ci porta poi a Plaça de la Mare de Déu, una piazza ricca di storia e cultura. Questo è un ottimo posto per scoprire il patrimonio religioso di Valencia.
Adiacente a Plaça de la Mare de Déu si trova la magnifica Cattedrale di Valencia. Esplorate il suo impressionante interno e non perdetevi il Sacro Graal, che alcuni ritengono custodito qui.
Proprio accanto si trova la Basílica de la Mare de Déu dels Desemparats. Questa importante basilica è dedicata al santo patrono di Valencia ed è una tappa obbligata per i suoi straordinari affreschi e la sua architettura.
Il nostro viaggio continua verso il Palazzo della Generalitat, sede del governo valenciano. Questo edificio storico è un eccellente esempio di architettura civile gotica.
Poi visiteremo le Torres de Serranos, una delle dodici porte che facevano parte dell'antica cinta muraria della città. Salite sulle torri per un'altra fantastica vista della città.
Mentre pedaliamo attraverso la Ciutat Vella, la città vecchia di Valencia, avrai un'idea della ricca storia della città. Strade strette, piazze affascinanti ed edifici storici rendono questa zona una gioia da esplorare.
Il nostro percorso ci porta poi al Jardí del Túria, un parco lussureggiante che attraversa la città. Questo spazio verde è perfetto per una passeggiata tranquilla e offre un rinfrescante cambio di scenario.
All'interno del Jardí del Túria, troviamo il Palau de la Música. Questa sala concerti è rinomata per la sua acustica e ospita numerosi eventi musicali durante tutto l'anno.
Il prossimo è Gulliver Park, un parco giochi stravagante ispirato a "I viaggi di Gulliver". Sia i bambini che gli adulti si divertiranno a esplorare la gigantesca scultura di Gulliver e le attrazioni circostanti.
Il nostro tour culmina alla Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. Questo capolavoro architettonico è assolutamente da vedere e offre attrazioni come l'Hemisfèric e l'Oceanogràfic.
All'Hemisfèric, vivi film IMAX e spettacoli al planetario che promettono di lasciarti a bocca aperta. Il suo design futuristico è uno spettacolo da vedere.
Infine, visita l'Oceanogràfic, il più grande acquario d'Europa. Esplora i suoi tunnel sottomarini e ammira la variegata vita marina.
Per concludere il nostro tour, passiamo davanti alla Porta de la Mar, una porta simbolica che rende omaggio al patrimonio marittimo di Valencia.

Okay, so I knew I’d live the cycle tour.. but not quite as much as I did 🙌🏻 Mikael was AMAZING! Funny, interesting and soo knowledgeable, this was and maybe still is.. my favourite tour from Valencia (the shared tapas and wine experience is challenging for the trophy). We cycled for good distances, not stopping every 200yds as I’ve experienced in other cycle tours, and we learned a lot about the culture, history and architecture. The group I was with were brilliant, as a first time solo traveller, I seriously can’t recommend this jolly jaunt enough, thank you to Mikael and Orange Fox for showing me another depth to Valencia ✨🧡
Absolutely fantastic way to see Valencia. Go early so you can go back to the places you have an interest in. Javier was brilliant and I am not that confident on a bike and have never been on an e-bike before but felt safe and really enjoyed the whole thing!! 😊

This was an amazing way to see the city. The ebikes help you zip around effortlessly and feel much less hot. The tour guide was an absolute delight. He had a wonderful eye for beauty and pointed out many beautiful places for pictures. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Valencia.

Great way to spend a couple of hours getting to know the city and our guide Michael was wonderful. Fun to hang out with, kept us safe and helped us with some great photos around the city. Even if you take an afternoon slot, there is always shade to be found. Recommend this activity :)

We booked for a tour with a French guide, he was not present for obscure reasons (is there even a French guide?). So we were immediately offered the audio guide to follow on our phone in our language. Needless to say, we didn't learn anything about the city; at this price, it is a questionable business practice in terms of honesty. The bike route is nice and the city is magnificent.
