Questa visita guidata senza problemi ti offre la possibilità di esplorare uno dei monumenti più famosi di Parigi: la Torre Eiffel. È possibile scegliere diversi pacchetti, uno che sale solo al secondo piano o quello che va in cima per panorami più mozzafiato. Mentre scendi, cammina sul pavimento di vetro per un momento emozionante.

Scegli un orario di ingresso al momento della prenotazione, quindi incontra il tuo host 15 minuti prima nel punto d'incontro designato e fai insieme una breve passeggiata fino alla Torre Eiffel. Segui il tuo host sull'ascensore con accesso prioritario. Sali al secondo livello, dove potrai scattare foto eccellenti e ammirare viste panoramiche di Parigi da 114 metri (375 piedi) dal suolo. Ascolta un breve orientamento, poi potrai passeggiare da solo e ammirare i luoghi d'interesse come preferisci. Le viste includono il Campo di Marte, il Sacro Cuore, la Cattedrale di Notre Dame e l'iconico edificio a forma di piramide del Louvre. Nota: l'accesso al vertice non è incluso in questo tour. Non è possibile acquistare un biglietto al secondo livello per salire da soli.

I visited the Eiffel Tower with my family this July. I wasn't aware that you need to buy tickets to the summit well in advance for the peak summer season, so we initially missed out on the official website. After searching online, I came across Viator. Even though the price is more expensive compared to the official Eiffel Tower tickets, it was completely worth it given our situation, and I managed to secure tickets for my whole family. The booking process was very smooth. I actually used the live chat feature on their website, and the tour expert was excellent at explaining all the details. The service overall was pretty good, especially the timely reminders leading up to the day. The tour was well-organised with clear, advance notifications about the meeting point. There was also good follow-up once we arrived at the meeting location. One important tip for other travellers: I was looking for a "Viator" sign at the meeting point, but it is actually a local office with a different name located at 41 Av. de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Our tour guide, Deborah, was fantastic. She took the time to provide a brief and interesting history of the Eiffel Tower, guided us up to the second floor, and made sure we were well looked after. We had a great experience and highly recommend this tour if you miss out on official tickets!
Easy to find starting location and the tour guide shared interesting things with my kids about the Eiffel Tower. It is a quick tour as they give you free time at the tower afterwards. Made getting tickets easy.
Trop was good. Valid for the money - not. Ticks were about 40€ but we paid close to 100€ to guarantee a spot at a specific time. More money for guaranteed ascent to the top floor fir a given day. Having more time and more options. Would suggest picking the ticks up yourself. The guide was good.

It was a beautiful view but be prepared to be on your feet as soon as you arrive at the tour company’s office. There is no seating while waiting and while being assigned to a group. Everything was handled on the sidewalk. Overall the tour was fine, but I think overpriced for the limited time with the guide.

Booked tour was cancelled , only part refund as tour only to second floor eifel not the top due to weather . i feel should of had option take part tour as what offered or full refund as was company that cancelled not us .

Please note that access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to weather conditions and operational decisions made by the Eiffel Tower management itself for safety reasons. When the summit is closed, we are unfortunately required to adapt the visit accordingly, and access may be limited to the second floor only. In such cases, pricing is adjusted based on the services actually provided, which is why a partial refund was issued. We understand this may be frustrating, but these decisions are outside of our control. Very easy to locate. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. They were super friendly. We did the Summit level and although it was raining, the view was incredible
