Il mio nome è Hassan. Sono una Guida Turistica Nazionale ufficiale e sono un amante della cucina marocchina. Ho iniziato a cucinare tutti i piatti marocchini da quando avevo 10 anni. Lavoro nel turismo da più di 23 anni, accetto solo cibo fresco di qualità superiore. Mi preoccupo degli ospiti. A fun and filling food tour stopping at the souk food stalls and one restaurant. Tasted a bunch of different foods and learned about their cultural importance. We had two kids in our group and the guide was great with them.

Hassan was very accommodating and responsive when we were in the planning stage for excursions while we were in Marrakech. We had the opportunity to try small portions of a wide variety of food as we walked through the Medina. Our last stop was a restaurant where we served several courses of traditional Moroccan food - we enjoyed every item, which was somewhat a surprise because I typically am not an “adventurous” eater. We learned much about the use of spices, how a particular dish is prepared, etc. And although the food was wonderful, what definitely this tour an experience we will remember forever was having Hassan as a guide. He offers a variety of tours - highly recommend Hassan as your guide when in Marrakech.

Our food tour was excellent! We sampled 10 plus different types of foods such as olives, soups,pancakes, catcus, meats and pastries. Then to top it off a full 4 course dinner at the end. Lots of good information was given during the entire tour. It was wonderful!
Ali was a great host and we had a brilliant evening learning about the history of Marrakech and sampling different types of food. The evening meal was delicious and overall the cost of the tour was well worth it. A must on your list.
We were a family of five visiting Marrakech and decided to experience the local cuisine with the help of a group-guided food tour. The tour was organized even though the travelers reached the maximum capacity of 15. The food tasting was good and tasty. We enjoyed the hassle and bustle of the Marrakech night market at Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. As much as we enjoyed the tour, our experience did not run as smoothly as we had hoped. However, the owner of the tour company was very quick with follow-ups, ensuring we were satisfied with our experience. He did a great job remediating the issue. We certainly appreciate his actions and positive response in resolving the issue, an excellent business practice. This is the reason why we rated this tour 5 stars. Thank you!
Ali was a fantastic guide. Informative and friendly. Really enjoyed this group experience. Lots of good tastings and a trip to a herbalist en route for full dinner. Lots of stairs so not easily accessible.
