Tre punti salienti spettacolari in un unico giro turistico : 5 delle piattaforme panoramiche più spettacolari dell’Austria, “5 Fingers”, solo 20-30 minuti di camminata facile da moderare a una via dalla cima della stazione della funivia sono necessari per un’esperienza indimenticabile. (In inverno è necessario avere scarponi da neve robusti. Con un sacco di neve attrezzature speciali possono essere noleggiate presso la stazione della funivia.)! Il pittoresco quartiere dei laghi e delle montagne "Salzkammergut" e lo straordinario villaggio "Hallstatt" sul lago Hallstättersee. Il Comitato per i Beni Culturali dell’UNESCO ha scritto: “... natura di straordinaria bellezza aggiunta all’importanza scientifica...” Alcuni ospiti dicono che è il villaggio lacustre più straordinario del mondo. Dirigendoci verso est da Salisburgo il primo lago che superiamo è il lago smeraldo Fuschlsee!
Una breve sosta in alto sopra St.Gilgen (un sito dal film "The Sound of Music"). Sulla strada per 5 Fingers e Hallstatt attraversiamo il famoso quartiere dei laghi e delle montagne “Salzkammergut” passando anche per l’hotel Schloss Fushl e la sede della Red Bull.
Sulla strada da St.Gilgen a Hallstatt continuiamo il nostro viaggio lungo il lago Wolfgang, prendiamo una vista pittoresca sul bellissimo villaggio di St.Wolfgang a Salzkammergut. Su richiesta possiamo effettuare una breve sosta fotografica!
Bad Ischl fu la residenza estiva dell'imperatore austro-ungarico Francesco Giuseppe I e dell'imperatrice Elisabetta (Sisi). A Kaiservilla fu firmata la dichiarazione di guerra contro il Regno di Serbia. Era l'inizio della prima guerra mondiale. Verrai spiegato sulla storia mentre passi per la città.

Sulla via del ritorno a Salisburgo attraversiamo diverse famose località sciistiche come Gosau, Russbach e Abtenau.
Attraversiamo uno degli affascinanti resort sciistici per famiglie Dachstein ovest., durante la stagione sciistica possono essere visti molti sciatori alpino!
Abtenau, bellissima cittadina alpina austriaca, passa senza fermarsi.
Golling, Una bella e vivace città medievale austriaca con una fortezza e imponenti case architettoniche uniche!
Passiamo accanto a una delle miniere di sale più antiche del mondo accessibile ai visitatori a Hallein / Dürrnberg montagna. L’“oro bianco” che vi si estraeva fornì ricchezze pressoché illimitate ai principi arcivescovi manifestatesi fino ai giorni nostri nella magnificenza barocca di Salisburgo.

A wonderful day out exploring the lakes, alps and Hallstatt. Our guide, Shavi, had an in depth knowledge of the area and warned us to take umbrellas with us in case of any weather changes. Thankfully we were lucky with the weather. Five Fingers was perfectly clear and we were able to take some amazing photos. The cloud rolled in just as we were about to return to the cable car. Being in a small tour group made the trip very enjoyable as we were with 2 other couples and did not feel as though we were just one of a bus load of people. This tour made you feel the whole experience. Thank you Shiva.

It was an amazing way to travel around the beautiful landscapes. The guide was professional, the ride was comfy, and the places we visited were fantastic. When we arrived for a stop we were allowed to walk around freely which we also appreciated.

If you were on the fence about going to Halstad or Five Fingers, this should change your mind to do it! Five Fingers alone was so phenomenal but because we are in a van with just 8 people, our tour guide talked about everything from history to unique things about the region! He also was so lenient on time when we were in Halstatt. We went back to Salzburg a different way so got to see new little towns. A must do!

Amazing day out to Hallstatt. The weather was not on our side, but our fantastic tour guide had contingencies in place, kept a close eye on the changing weather and even had jackets and umbrellas ready to go. Fritz was a fantastic guide for our day trip to Hallstatt and Five Fingers. He is knowledgable and friendly, shared a lot about the places and recommendation for food and desserts. He also had umbrellas and walking sticks readily available. An enjoyable day trip for the family.
