Once again an other wonderful holiday at ibero star Cristina waves. Second time to this lovely hotel once on new year's eve and this time on the 17 th June Can't find any fault what so ever. Staff ALWAYS very helpful with a smile and go out of their way to help you and answer any questions one might have . Hotel impeccable clean all amenities good quality shampoo conditioner and body lotion, the room ( spacious room with balcony) over looking the pool (not noisy at all) room 300 sleeps 3 adults easily. Sumptuous and varied breakfast ( buffet) and excellent dinner if on half board good value for money for what you pay Every night there is a different theme so it doesn't get boring with loads of different items such as fish, chicken pork, beef etc all food items are of good quality. Hotel very close to a long beautiful Sandy beach 5 mins walk and right outside the hotel there is a bus stop where bus no 25 ( every 15 mins on the hour) cost only 2 euros one way takes you right next to the street below the magnificent cathedral and bus stop for hop on hop off bus Very spacious pool with sunbeds for everybody (only snag people are allowed to get up early and put towels on the sunbeds and then go for breakfast making sure they take the place they prefer.) Hotel guest are mostly Germans All in all an excellent hotel would go there any time of year. Also there is some Cabaret every night for those who'd like to stay in A big thanks goes to all the staff can't remember ALL the staff's names but a name that comes to mind is Ivan at the reception
Amazing trip lot of different experiences, nice pace. Definitely recommend it
Overall a great trip and a good way to see a fair bit of the island without either combining experiences or sorting your own things. Felt the guide was a little lacking in charisma and overall direction when moving from one mode of transport to another. Trip itself was great but towards the end of the day was getting a little tired so things like the tram and train ride you were looking to reach the destination. Add into that the multi drop offs at the final leg was like arriving for your holiday and doing coach drop offs all over again.
Sebastian was great! Impressed with his ability to speak 4 languages. Setting up meeting place was really easy. We got picked up at 9:20AM. We took a bus to the Tranvía de Sóller then took another train to the Port of Sóller. From there we took a boat to Sa Calobra then the last stop was at the monastery. We arrived back by the Cathedral around 6PM. Instructions were clear for getting around. Wished we had a little bit more time to see Sóller, but otherwise highly recommend for a day trip.
Thank you for your great review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the tour and that Sebastian's multilingual skills and clear instructions helped make the day run smoothly. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to him. We also appreciate your feedback about having more time in Sóller and will take it into consideration. Thanks for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you again on another Mallorca excursion! 😊☀️
Start of the day at a fast pace. Transition from bus to train, to tram, and to boat without a break, even though there were supposed to be some according to the description. Fortunately, the afternoon was a bit calmer. Good guide and good driver.

It is very comprehensive, and the guide Sebas is excellent; he is part of the most important knowledge and excellent communication.

The experience was fun. We took a bus to through the mountains. Saw beautiful views, our drive Luis was wow! Wait until you take a ride through the mountains to understand the wow factor of Luis’ driving. Sophie was an awesome tour guide, who spoke Spanish, English, German and French, simply phenomenal. We rode the trolley, had a local meal, sangrias and ice cream (not included); rode their local tram and finally made it back to our final destination. A pleasant trip with lots of movement; I think all the changes give you a feel of the local experience. The only thing we would have liked is to have time to stop more in the mountains to take pictures of the breathtaking views.
Overall a lovely day. Comfortable coach, pleasant, knowledgeable guide and excellent driver - especially as he had to navigate the steep, winding mountain roads to and from la Calobra due to the boat not sailing from Port de Soller. That was particularly disappointing and still somewhat puzzling as the maritime weather report was actually favourable! The creek and beach in la Calobra is beautiful and I'm guessing we would have had more time there had we not had an hour and a half coach journey to the area. If Port de Soller is your main reason for the trip it may be better to do the train and tram journey independently so that you have more time there.
Amazing guide, great locations
If you are in Mallorca then don't miss this daylong tour. We were picked up from near our hotel in Palmanova almost 30 minutes drive from starting point. We had great fun in vintage Soller train and tram ride. Then we were taken in an hour catamaran ride from Soller port to Sa Calobra. The view from catamaran was breathtaking. Sa Calobra was very scenic place with a small beach. Then in a coach we were taken to Sa Corbata. This ride on serpentine road with 360* hairpin bends on Tramuntana mountain was ultimate adventure with a lot of thrills. There was a short break on top of the mountain. While coming back there was a short haul at Santuari de Lluc monastery. Worth taking this tour...
