Awful experience. From the start we were told that our reservation could not be honored due to a lack boat availability. After my card was charged we were told that other times and dates were available. When I chose a new date we were then told that was now no longer available too but we could go back to the original date. When we arrived at the slip for the boat it was not there at the scheduled time. It eventually arrived late and full of passengers. Another couple arrived who also booked the same boat for the same time which was unpleasant and awkward. The boat Capitan tried his best to clean the boat, sort out the issues and get us off on our tour as quickly as he could. But he had only started with the company the day before and had not been set up for success. As we were leaving a cove to head home one engine failed which slowed us down. The Capitan did offer to extend the trip by 30min so he could stop and attempt to fix the engine. We took the food and drinks add on option which turned out to be beer, water and pasta with jarred tomato sauce. Luckily the charge for this was waived but when we complained about our charter not meeting our expectations (we asked for a meaningful discount) Pedro threatened legal action because we had not paid for the spaghetti. Overall I feel ripped off for paying almost $1k for a late, dirty, partially functioning boat with poor drinks and food quality. Oh and by the way it's byo for ice and towels, that is if you expect cold drinks.

Very good afternoon. Would definitely recommend. Lots of fun on the doughnut and Captain Ramos ensured we found a nice area to snorkel.

We had an amazing day! Beautiful and fun. Loved the cliff jumping and snorkeling. Our captain Ramone was the best. I highly recommend this tour.

This was such a great tour! I love that it’s private so your have the opportunity to customize your stops and the duration. They also provided a variety of ocean toys to pick from include a paddle board, donut, sea scooter and more! Ramon was our guide and he was the best! Great experience and would definitely recommend! Also a very short car ride from Palma.

Cannot recommend enough!!! We had THE most amazing time on our cruise - beautiful swimming spots, drinks and dancing on board. Christian, our captain, could not have been more helpful or fun - an absolute asset to the brand. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again in future!

The pasta / drinks for 100 euros is a terribly bad deal. They didn’t bring beer despite telling us there would be beer. We only went to 3 coves and all busy in in Palma Bay. 80 euro Charge for extras that were not stated before - boat cleaning? The boat wasn’t dirty when we left. The captain Ramon was very nice. But overall this was very overpriced and not what was expected from the description.

A very good boat trip with a donut for the children, whom our skipper Corner entertained very, very well. Afterwards we drove into a bay with snorkeling, SUP, and sea scooters in wonderful blue water. We were 5 adults and 4 children. Parking at the harbor is no problem. Price-performance is perfect.

This tour is an absolute scam!!! The operator pawned it off to a friend who spent the whole time dealing with his boat which was broken down out in the middle of the ocean. They also didn’t provide life jackets for our children. No refund provided, equipment is sub par. Rejected giving us any refund! Absolute scam artists and have been reported to Viator!

It was a very fun experience. Captin Ramon was amazing and attentive. He listened to us and tried to help us as possible. We really enjoyed this trip.
