I actually ended up canceling this tour. The company that sell the tour is not the same that completes the tour. They just upcharge you and send your reservation to wathever company has space for you. The person in charge of texting you trough whatsapp doesn't seem to know anything and often answer stuff that you didn't ask. Like she is not paying attention at all. On top of that the day before the trip. She texted to ask for my info, and after her two more companies that received my reservation did the same. The last been an agency for Brazilians, which I am not. Nothing against Brazilian, but imagines spending 10h on a tour that only speak Portuguese....Anyways, research the company you are buying your tour with. I saw this kind of scam multiple times. Like "Info of Ushuaia" there are a lot of companies that upcharge you and give your reservation to the companies that completes your tour. In their defence, they did gave me my money back, but anyways mess up.my plans with their bad management.
Our tour guide, Maria Luciana, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She made the ride fun and shared lots of information about the area and its history. The scenery was pretty, and we got to see guanacos and rheas. The walk to the Condor Lookout was great and we actually saw Andean condors. Lunch was tasty and we got a chance to spend some time with fellow tourists.
