No bus, wrong meeting point, zero communication, and no refund. Complete scam. Totally unacceptable.
They didn’t show up to the pick up point communication was terrible they tried to give me an alternative pickup point that wasn’t in the reservation and then declined my refund request very unprofessional and unorganized
You were in an airbnb and the product state pick ups in airbnbs are in meeting point.
- Seems like there is no communication between tour operators and management as when you sell something its seems tempting and you experienced completely opposite of what you expect. - ticket was sold me with all inclusive and during our experience drinks and lunch box were taken out from our package. - when i talked to our tour operators in cancun on WhatsApp, instead of making it up to us, it was nothing more than an arguments and headaches. - Tour operators on the other hand were super nice and supportive about everything.

Paid for this tour in advance, 3 people at $95 each. Printed out paperwork to take along to have proof. Tour director would not accept! Went round and round with him and on phone with company. He finally told me to take my business elsewhere! Stranded 40 miles from resort and no tour! Still waiting for refund. SHAMELESS COMPANY!! AVOID

Guides were friendly enough. Too much time spent trying to get us to buy souvenirs. Not enough time at cenotes.
Chichen Itza pyramid and grounds are beautiful; the buffet area was very nice and clean and the food was tasty! The cenote was Beautiful and so refreshing - what an experience!
