- 12. Sono vietate le maschere da boccaglio integrali. Possono essere utilizzati solo maschere e boccagli tradizionali in due pezzi. Per sicurezza, si prega di evitare lo snorkeling entro 24 ore dall'arrivo da un volo superiore a 5 ore
- 13. Se non hai con te i farmaci giornalieri o prescritti, ad esempio inalatori, EpiPen, farmaci per il diabete, devi riprogrammare il tuo tour per un altro giorno.
- 14. Vietato fumare di qualsiasi tipo, comprese le sigarette elettroniche.
- 15. Dovresti portare asciugamani, crema solare, una giacca leggera e una macchina fotografica. Noi provvederemo a tutto il resto.
- 16. Tutti i tour sono a piedi nudi. Le scarpe devono essere rimosse prima dell’imbarco, con eccezioni ortopediche/diabetiche a discrezione del capitano.
- 17. Secondo la nostra licenza di liquori, gli ospiti non possono portare alcolici. Per la verifica dell'età sono necessari documenti d'identità. Gli ospiti in stato di ebbrezza non saranno serviti e potrebbe essere negato l'imbarco. L'alcol viene servito solo dopo lo snorkeling nei tour applicabili.

- 19. Le creme solari spray/aerosol sono vietate come rischio per la sicurezza. Si prega di utilizzare creme solari lozione barriera-friendly invece.
- 20. I bagni marini si intasano facilmente. Solo sciacquare i rifiuti umani e la carta igienica fornita.
- 21. Si prega di utilizzare il parcheggio di ghiaia designato.
- 22. Tutte le denunce di molestie o aggressioni, e qualsiasi sospetta attività illegale, saranno segnalate alle autorità competenti.
- 23. Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare il servizio a chiunque non soddisfi i requisiti di salute, sicurezza o politica.

- Le tariffe per bambini si applicano ai bambini dai 5 ai 12 anni, mentre per gli adulti dai 13 anni in su.

Our family of six had a fun and memorable experience on the Napali Coast cruise and snorkel. We highly recommend this trip, and here’s a few reasons why. First, the crew (Captain Kelly, Coral, and Mason) were professional, engaging, and fun. The boat, “Laila,” was big enough for all guests so it didn’t feel too cramped. The food was solid, and the after snorkeling beers hit the spot! The scenery was so inspiring and the interpretation about the history of the area was a nice touch. While the snorkeling was not as good as other beaches on Kauai or other snorkeling beaches on the other islands, it was nice (requisite sea turtle spotted). Of course, as soon as we all came out of the water two monk seals showed up and started playing around and swimming close to the boat. That was so cool! We all took bonine before the trip to help with any nausea issues. While one of our kids felt sick, she didn’t get sick. And there were plenty of white caps throughout the cruise, which made for a very lively trip!

Captain Kelly, Luke, & Mason were all AMAZING!!!!!!! We couldn’t go snorkeling due to the water conditions but honestly you didn’t feel like you missed out. They slowed down and followed wildlife so we could see them, got up close to the rocks and even got us to a waterfall to be under! Truly an amazing experience. The waves were rough and some people were sea sick and these 3 handled it so well, were so gracious to those people, and we could not have asked for better guides. Would recommend this tour because even if the conditions don’t allow snorkeling that day you won’t even miss it! 10/10 recommend.

Our family did the catamaran snorkel tour and Jess our captain and her team - Coral and Mason - were excellent. This team made sure everyone was informed, felt safe and they taught us about our surroundings. The service truly was thoughtful and attentive. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. They were also super sweet and attentive to those experiencing motion sickness on the boat. Seeing this stunning coast from the water is something we will never forget. Overall fantastic experience.

Most excellent way to explore the majestic Na Pali coast. Snorkeling was great fun. Felt safe and cared for by Captain Kelly and her attentive crew!
Capt Kelly, Jasmine, and Coral were great. The Cruise and snorkeling were so much fun! We saw so much-- dolphins, waterfalls, caves, and beautiful cliffs of Na Pali coast. We felt safe but also had freedom to be adventurous!
Capt gave fair warning about risks related to weather and the weather turned out great! Good food, crew was informative and helpful.
Kelly, our captain was awesome. Excellent tour and so much fun snorkeling and seeing dolphins, whales. turtles and a bunch of fish.
