Il Tempio Garni è un tempio ellenistico del I secolo situato nella provincia di Kotayk in Armenia. È l'unico tempio greco-romano sopravvissuto nell'ex Unione Sovietica e uno dei monumenti più iconici dell'Armenia.
Una parte significativa del complesso monastico è scavata nelle scogliere calcaree della Gola del fiume Azat, rendendolo uno straordinario esempio di architettura scavata nella roccia. Alcune chiese e tombe sono completamente scavate nella montagna, offrendo un'atmosfera unica e mistica.
È il più grande lago d'acqua dolce dell'Armenia e uno dei più grandi laghi d'alta quota del mondo.
Sevanavank è un monastero storico situato su una penisola (ex isola) sul lago Sevan in Armenia. Seduto su una collina, offre viste panoramiche sul lago Sevan e sulle montagne circostanti.

My friend and I, in addition to Yerevan wanted to see more, so we opted for a tour outside the city. Places are very beautiful and most important in the district of Armenia - Garni and Sevan are mandatory to visit! It's cold enough in Sevan - warm up! The weather was pretty pleasant in the other locations. Guide - Arsène led the tour in 2 languages, everything was interesting and understandable. The road is a bit heavy - off-road in some places, so you better take the seats in front and come early)
Its very nice all day trip. To saw much as you can but not to be in hurry all time. Bus was really good and driver was really good, calm. Arsen, our guide is really great. Perfect english, very helpfull, patient for everybody, funny and organise great. He is really great for that work. Only what I would maybe change is to get more authentic, local lunch, although restoran was really nice. I recomend Arsen and this trip to everyone.

The guide did a really great job! He was very friendly and accommodating. He was swiftly switching between Russian and English (which was at a high level and easy to understand). We received a lot of interesting information. The guide offered optional activities which made the tour even better! The driver drove in a safe way and the van was comfortable and air-conditioned. We definitely recommend this tour!
