A Ouarzazate ci fermeremo nuovamente per visitare il museo del cinema e l'antica casa del Pasha El Glaoui, la kasbah Taourirte è una kasbah patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO
Goditi un giro in cammello attraverso la valle del Draa e goditi un bellissimo tramonto e trascorri una notte nel campo desertico standard.
Verremo a prenderti direttamente dal tuo hotel a Marrakech e percorreremo il percorso che attraversa valli e deserti permettendoti di godere di viste spettacolari dalle montagne dell'Atlante. Attraverseremo il Tizi n'Tichka, un passo a quota 2.260 metri: il passo più alto del Nord Africa ed è diventato famoso per il panorama mozzafiato che offre. A metà strada, beneficerai di una visita gratuita alla famosa Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, una città fortificata classificata come patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. Pranzo in un ristorante locale con vista sulla kasbah, e poi continueremo il nostro viaggio verso la valle del Draa, la prossima tappa sarà nella valle del Draa per delle belle foto. Prosegui per raggiungere il palmeto di Zagora e dopo un tè di benvenuto, inizierai una nuova avventura in un viaggio in carovana di cammelli fino al campo nel deserto dove trascorrerai una notte indimenticabile sotto le tende berbere. La cena sarà servita nel campo e goditi i momenti con uno spettacolo di musica berbera che animerà la tua serata.
Sveglia presto per goderti una bellissima alba sul verde palmeto della valle del Draa, quindi torna in hotel a dorso di cammello dove incontrerai il tuo autista/guida per iniziare una nuova giornata di ritorno a Marrakech. Oggi esplorerai la valle del Draa e la nostra prima tappa sarà nella KAsbah Tamnougalte nel villaggio di Agdz, dopo la visita alla kasbah ci dirigeremo a Ouarzazate dove ci fermeremo nuovamente per visitare il museo del cinema e la vecchia casa di il Pasha El Glaoui, la kasbah Taourirte è una kasbah del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. Dopo pranzo a Ouarzazat, torneremo a Marrakech attraverso le montagne dell'Alto Atlante e il passo Tichka. Arrivo a Marrakech intorno alle 18:00, rientro in hotel e fine del nostro tour di 2 giorni nel deserto del Sahara.

I had an amazing tour with Haadi as our guide and Hassan as our driver! Haadi's engaging knowledge on the history of Morocco made the two day journey feel a lot less! The dessert and camel rides were an exceptional highlight of the trip as well.
I did not book this tour! The tour I booked was a full day tour with admissions to the historic buildings and landmarks and included lunch. I had to change the dates for the tour and was booked onto this one without being notified it was different. I didnt realize this until we met our guide and made us pay for everything. He was very rude and clearly stated that "he is just a guide" and that "all he cares about is telling us about the landmarks". He kept spitting whenever he was talking too. I had to stand a few feet away from him, though i don't think this was intentional - just how he was. I had to use a ATM machines to withdraw money to pay for everything which I am going to claim back against Viator and put a complaint. He didn't show us the Museum either, nor did we get a free bottle of water. He wanted to finish the tour bang on 12.30pm and said he is only with us for 3 hours and that's it. The minivan had wi-fi onboard advertised but this wasn't working either. Can someone at Viator please let me know how to make a complaint about this?

Here I will answer all your questions just to be clear: First: You didn't have admission fees included in the price and you can check the voucher of your booking. Second: You didn't have lunch included and we never have lunch included in our tours !! Third: Our guide wasn't rude until you made him nervous and you insult him. And his job was to give you information about the attractions and landmarks, which you didn't like ??!!! Fourth: We did a professional job to allow you to start the tour at 10 am instead of 9 AM. Fifth: You didn't have Wifi included in your booking which was an extra service we gave to you and you should pay for it. it's not free by the way. Sixth: You have visited all the landmarks and the attractions included in your booking. Seventh: It was a big pleasure from our agency to let you change the date and amended your tour else you should do it the day you booked it. at the end to be clear that we organize 8 to 10 guided city tours of Marrakech every day and we have never got problems or complaints about you are talking about. This is not our first city tour of Marrakech and we can't accept all this after 15 years of hard work in Tourism organization
We booked a full day guided sightseeing tour of Marrakech with this agency through Viator. Both the driver Houssaine and the guide salem were very professional. We start the tour at the scheduled time and we picked up from our riad in the medina. The tour was excellent the car was very clean with bottled water and the guide we got is very knowlegeable and professional. We visited all the main points of interests in the city. Koutoubia mosque, the tombs, the two palaces, the souks and the majorel gardens. We realy want to thank both the driver and the guide for all the inforation they provided and for the best city tour. We discovered a lot of things because of you. Thank you very much !!!! Highly recommended !!
