This was horrible. A lot of other people around us were complaining too. We were never sent the location pickups, but found one where we waited over an hour for a bus that never came. We asked for a partial refund but were denied.
This is very fun! We made the day of it- stopped at the aquarium, then road the furnicular, and finished with shopping and lunch in the city center. Kids loved the stories on the headsets. Nice day activity that isn’t overly crowded. Aquarium is great for kids.

Waited over an hour & never saw a bus in either direction (bus goes both ways on this road) so got tired of waiting &requested refund. Bummed.

Audio didnt seem to match surroundings. Windows needed wiping down. Difficult viewing. Decent basic overview of city.
