Prendi un volo di 20 minuti verso ovest lungo il passaggio interno verso Prince of Wales Island, una delle più grandi isole degli Stati Uniti, e visita un ufficiale, il Servizio Forestale degli Stati Uniti che gestisce la piattaforma di osservazione degli orsi. Verrai prelevato 30 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza. Il nostro furgone bianco verrà a prendervi sul lato nord dell'ufficio visitatori di Ketchikan, situato all'ormeggio 2 sul molo principale della nave da crociera. This was amazing experience .I booked last min day before i really had no idea other than I would see bears and get to ride in a sea plane Well this was really fun The plain was in very good shape and the pilot was fantastic. We arived on this island and took a van to I felt a very remote spot that had a well take care of path .I forest was so beautiful. I knew we are in for an adventure when we arrived at the end of the path, a small wood deck. As you stand on this deck you can view black bears feeding in the stream. This stream is very close. We saw about 10 bears and even a baby. This is the best adventure ever. I travel a lot and WOW this was amazing. Its a small group about 8 of us. As leaving through the brush we spotted on the other side a big male, wow big black bear. Take this it's a trip of a lifetime. I will say I just had a knee replacement and had no idea it would be such a walk, but I would do this again.
We saw two families of bears. First set 1 cub and mother. The second were 2 cubs and mother. Loads of Salmon. Tour guide Kim was really good too.
It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The flight was great and Drew, the bear guy, made the time very enjoyable. Highly recommend. I would do it again in a heart beat!
Kim was very friendly and knowledgeable to time to talk to everybody on our tour. Staff at office was friendly and helpful
This is a wonderful excursion. My grandson was allowed to ride "co-pilot"(a highlight of his Alaska trip) The plane ride to the viewing area was beautiful, our naturalist guide was most definitely an "original": knowledgeable, independent and just plain fun. Best of all, we saw fishing bears!! We recommend it highly
Fantastic trip from start to finish. All staff were fun, friendly and informative and I learnt so much from our guide while she took us to the place we would see the bears. I'd definitely receommend this tour, or any tour with Seawind - I felt very looked after from the moment I called to check that the tour would work with my cruise ship itinerary. 10/10 service!

From start to finish, this Adventure was outstanding! Staff, equipment and location was all 5 stars ! Would strongly recommend this excursion, the “ elevated lake landing” was a treat !
It was a great excursion. There were two float planes so a group of only about 10 people. The guide was great and knowledgeable and the pilot was great too. We did see bears. They were a little bit down the stream and we forgot our binoculars. The viewing area is great and we spent plenty of time--didn't feel rushed. If you want a more private type experience---do this one.
It was wonderful! The service from all the staff is first class, and the excursion was incredible, the landscapes, the plane and the bears eating in their habitat is simply unforgettable. I highly recommend it.
Gorgeous, amazing airplane ride to a secluded island. Make sure your camera has a fully charged battery! We saw so many bears, including a mama and her three cubs. Watching salmon, swim upstream, and the big bears fishing them out of the water was an experience we will never forget. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Rey professional. This is the second time we’ve taken this tour and would definitely recommend it again. The experience of a lifetime!
