Passeggiata al mercato coperto locale di Francoise a Parigi per incontrare alcuni dei suoi produttori locali. Potresti fermarti al pescivendolo, alla toagerie e al negozio di prodotti e raccogliere gli ingredienti per il tuo corso di cucina. Cammina per la breve strada di ritorno all'appartamento di Francoise, un bellissimo appartamento che è pieno di oggetti trovati dai suoi viaggi. Unisciti a lei in cucina e tra stuzzichini e snack al formaggio, impara come fare un classico piatto francese. Per il tuo principale, si potrebbe fare feuilleté con porri e gamberetti in salsa allo zenzero, bistecca con una classica salsa bernese o poulet à l'estragon (pollo con salsa al dragoncello). Dopo aver cucinato, goditi il pranzo attorno al tavolo da pranzo della cucina del tuo ospite con il classico piatto principale francese che hai cucinato insieme. This was the best thing we have done in Paris so far! We had a three year old with us, and Francoise was incredibly accommodating and made it fun for all of us. The food was incredible, and she ensured that everyone’s dietary needs were taken care of. We had an awesome time!
The best time of the trip! Our 14yo son went on this experience with his grandparents. They loved every part of it and the food was outstanding. Our son loves cooking and this is right up his alley!

My husband and I had such an enjoyable evening with Fabienne and her friends. She met us at the metro station and took use to a fabulous cheese shop, before making our way up to her beautiful apartment for an amazing, authentic, French meal and great conversation with her other guests. It was all perfect and memorable! I would highly recommend this experience to other travelers!
