Le sorgenti di Kouiasa e l'affluente di Chrousias. Il tributario di Chrousias prende il nome dal leggendario nipote di Achille, "Chrousios", che secondo la tradizione fu il primo dei re dell'Epiro.
Il monastero di Kipinas fu fondato nel 1212 dall'arcivescovo Gregory. Spazio sacro e imponente, bellezza selvaggia, costruzione ornata. L'imponente monastero con la sua peculiare architettura si trova vicino all'insediamento di Kipina. È costruito al centro di un'enorme roccia sul lato nord-est della gola selvaggia del fiume Kalarrytikos.
Pramanta è un villaggio con molti artigiani, allevamenti di bestiame, la più grande popolazione del Nord Tzoumerka. È costruito ad un'altitudine di 840 metri. anfiteatro ai piedi del Monte Strogoula (2.107 m). Nella piazza centrale si trovano il platano di 500 anni e la storica fontana "Arapis", accanto alla chiesa principale di Agia Paraskevi.
"Anemotrypa" è una grotta di eccezionale bellezza, l'unica grotta in Grecia intersecata da esplicite forme fluviali. Si trova a Pramanta e riceve migliaia di visitatori ogni anno.
Costruito nel 1866, era considerato il più grande ponte ad arco singolo nei Balcani, con una camera di apertura di 40 metri, un'altezza di 19 metri e un'apertura nella parte superiore di 3,2 metri. Dal 1881 al 1913 il ponte era un confine tra gli stati greco e turco.
Il monastero di Tsoukas si trova ad un'altitudine di 760 metri, vicino al villaggio di Elliniko. Il monastero fu fondato nel 1190 dall'imperatore Isacco II Angelos, distrutto nel 1736 e rinnovato nel 1779. Secondo il poeta K. Krystallis il monastero era famoso per le sue acque.

A Great tour, our Guide Ioannis did a great job. He is very passionate, knowledgeable and proud about this area. Ioannis navigated the roads safe and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed his knowledge about the local area and also was a pleasure hearing about his Family history. Ioannis is also very flexible about what to see and do on this tour. The pictures and video's were a nice bonus to recieve. I highly recommend this tour. We were also fortunate enough to have booked the Half Day Tour to Central Zagori with him the next day.

We were very much looking forward to this tour and it completely exceeded our expectations! Our guide, Ioannis Smiris, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and we had so much fun spending the day with him. He is also an excellent driver and we felt perfectly safe with him as he navigated the windy mountain roads. He showed us far more of the area than we had expected to see and helped to make this by far one of the absolute best days of our 3 weeks in Greece! We so enjoyed strolling through the beautiful village where he is from and enjoying a coffee in the square with him. Tzoumerka National Park and all the amazing places and sights within it is an absolute must-see when in Greece and the Epirus region. We highly recommend taking a tour of the area and Epirus Traveller is without a doubt the best choice you could make to help guide you through it!! Thank you for a most fantastic experience!!

The beauty of nature fascinates you. It is one of the places that have nothing to envy from many places abroad. Although I am not from Epirus I believe that the area is endowed by God and people must respect this simple beauty that he gave us. Thank you for the very warm hospitality we received.
We liked the village of Pramanda the monastery of Kippina was excellent and the waterfalls of Kliffkis overwhelming.
