Tour was interesting and the guide was very nice and informative. One suggestion would be to schedule the tour to take place around noon so you can purchase some snacks and food.

Markets run through. A basic into to see where the markets are but only in the st. Joseph market we had a few minutes to visit a few stalls with the guide and taste a couple items. Then 10 minutes to shop before racing through the streets to the next destinations. Perrine was very informative and easy to interact. On a hot 40° day, it's tough to keep her pace tho.
