Ianto and his crew taught a great class at the paella we made was some of the best I've ever had! We learned a lot and had a great time.
My wife and I just got back from our Paella cooking experience and loved it! Yato (the British skater turned chef) was an excellent host, and kept us all entertained while teaching us the tricks to making lights-out paella! Tell him BOGO when you see him :)

We had a fantastic time learning to make paella with Simon and Lorenzo. Simon in particular was very friendly, accommodating and patient, (making sure to answer all our questions. The paella we made was very tasty and we enjoyed the amount of soccarrat we were able to get. Not to mention - the sangria and cake were the cherry on top! 10/10 would highly recommend this class!
