Leslie was one of the most informed guides we’ve had the pleasure of touring with. Booking reference 123-257-0135. It was an excellent trip. We enjoyed it very much. The gardens were beautiful.
Great gardens. Peaceful and beautiful. Wonderful fresh fish meal at red fish. Raj our tour professional was superb. On time and very accommodating. Willing to go beyond required to make our trip top notch. Would highly recommend. Please share this review with his company. We were very pleased.
Day started out chaotic. EVERY email from the tour co said tour starts at 6am. Nothing indicated a different pick up time ever. That morning shortly after 5 got a text indicating the car was outside to pick me up. 5!! No that’s not correct. We are not ready. Called the driver. He said he would wait but it was possible we would miss the ferry. So I called the tour company directly indicating my displeasure. He stated it was 50/50 getting onto the ferry. And my $1100 would NOT be refunded if we missed it. I was furious. But the driver was very calm. Polite. He took every step in order to assure we made it to our tour despite the tour operators negligence to inform of the appropriate pick up time that would have circumvented the entire problem. Rahon the driver was amazing. He was calm. Provided us with every vital piece of information we needed to have a great experience. He was precise regarding pick up times and places. He was always on time. He provided us with information in both Vancouver and Victoria that added to our experience. He even dropped us off at a department store to buy a piece of luggage after one of ours was destroyed by the airline. The car transporting us was very nice, the ferry enjoyable and not enough stars for Butchert gardens. We had plenty of time for the gardens and downtown Victoria. Beautiful day and even saw whales in the bay.
It was a great experience… we really loved it. Will visit there again in the next summer with my family..
The driver was nice and helped us as much as he can. However, I am not sure what happened, but we were picked up at 9:30am instead of 6:00am like the pick up time stated. When we got to the ferry and arrived in Victoria, it was already 1pm. This didn’t allow us time to enjoy the next stop of Butchcart Gardens before heading back to the hotel.
We really had a great time…. Thank you 😊 we made lots of memories coming here. We recommend this service to everyone.
No doubt Victoria is a beautiful place to visit but what made this trip no special wax the guidance and service, driver was so nice and humble will visit again.
We have went on this tour and everything was really perfect, our driver was really nice and guide us a lot and share his experiences. It was a really heart warming experience, which we never forget and we enjoy a lot and I recommend everyone to go for it, it will be your best decision ever.
I went there in May 2023 and it is so beautiful city, i enjoyed at parliament building, butchart garden and some castles. We enjoyed alot, we clicked many pic. And make memories. Personally recommend trip for everyone
