Annalaura was so informative and even had graphics to show the differences between how olive oils are rated and grown and some of the challenges with having one of the only true naturalistic Olive Groves in italy. It was so fantastic and educational and the opportunity to understand the difference of quality was exceptional. She is a professional certified olive oil taster and we now felt that we had the ability to judge good olive oil from really bad olive oil. The food provided was lovely and we had a selection of wines as well. We were surprised that it was a completely private tour for just the two of us friends and we are able to ask anything we wanted and the entire experience was so delightful.Grazie mille, Annalaura, e buona fortuna.Linda and Desiri

This experience is absolutely first rate. The host was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The tasting of olive oils and wines was impeccable. If you are anywhere near the region of Umbria, I suggested taking the trip to Assisi and doing this excursion. It was one of the best experiences our family has ever had!
