Il tuo viaggio inizia con un comodo prelievo dal tuo hotel, seguito da un breve trasferimento al nostro esclusivo porto turistico presso il Terminal Traghetti di Punta Sam. Sali a bordo del tuo Catamarano e naviga attraverso l'abbagliante Mar dei Caraibi. Tuffati in paradiso in una delle riserve naturali più belle dei Caraibi! Fai snorkeling in acque cristalline brulicanti di vibrante vita marina: avvista pesci tropicali, aggraziate tartarughe marine e colorate formazioni coralline in questo paese delle meraviglie sottomarine. Una volta arrivati sull’isola, godetevi del tempo libero per: Passeggia per le affascinanti strade fiancheggiate da murales sulla vita marina e negozi locali. L'orario di prelievo è stabilito in base alla tua posizione, inizio del prelievo alle 06:30 e a seconda della posizione verrà fissato l'orario di prelievo, i viaggiatori che non forniscono il luogo di ritiro dovranno mettersi in contatto con noi il prima possibile, altrimenti non saremo in grado di fornire il servizio. I was forced to take a picture before boarding by a photographer who told me that this is for registration in case someone is left behind on Isla Mujeres. 20 meters later a employee who was boarding passages and checking their names told me that pictures are being sent to the office in a file and NEVER DELETED. My experience was terrible, was worrying all the time what happens with my image. When we were returning form Isla Mujeres I saw the photographer selling pictures to the tourists! I approached him and asked again to delete my picture and he said that he did it. He NEVER DID IT WITH MY PRESENCE so until now I am not sure where is this picture and how is it’s stored, if my data is protected or not because Contoy Adventures has no terms and conditions published on their website! Regarding the tour itself I don’t recommend it at all, snorkeling is done in dark weather not even Caribbean blue, you are not being docked in Playa Norte you have to walk by yourself for 20 min. The meeting pick point is inside of the Silver store so you buy stuff you don’t need. Saw better catamarans who take tourists to Isla mujeres, this is a simple boat with chairs and tables. The excursion is from Punta Sam which is super far away from Hotel Zone there are ports in the hotel zone who also can take you to the Isla Mujeres, does end of them. I don’t recommend Contoy Adventutes and Stap Travel Tours who sold this excursion to anyone!
