Scopri una delle capitali più affascinanti e pittoresche d'Europa, costruita su una serie di colline e offre viste panoramiche da innumerevoli punti. Il tuo tour inizia nel Bairro Alto, vecchio di 5 secoli, dove imparerai a conoscere l'evoluzione della città. Dopo il terremoto del 1755, questo spazio ha attirato famiglie dei distretti Baixa e Bairro, che hanno iniziato il processo di rinnovamento.
Attraversa il giardino di São Pedro de Alcântara e goditi una vista mozzafiato sulla Baixa e sulla riva sud del fiume Tago
Visita la chiesa e il museo di San Roque, costruito dai gesuiti. San Roque fu una delle prime chiese gesuitiche in Portogallo e, in effetti, una delle prime in tutto il mondo. La chiesa ha una facciata austera, ma un interno che presenta dorature, piastrelle e dipinti che la rendono un meraviglioso museo di stile manierista e barocco.
Scendendo dalla collina, arriverai al convento e alla chiesa di Carmo, ottimi esempi dell'architettura gotica della città. Questo è un sito di importanza storica poiché fu qui che la Rivoluzione dei garofani iniziò nel 1974, ponendo fine a quasi 5 decenni di dittatura.
Un po 'più avanti, arriverai all'ascensore di Santa Justa, un imponente monumento costruito in stile neogotico, che offre uno dei migliori punti panoramici della città.

Vedrai una serie di attrazioni a Baixa, nel cuore della città. Dopo una breve pausa, farai un giro sul tram, salendo dal castello fino a Portas do Sol.
Al Portas do Sol vedrai il Monastero di São Vicente de Fora, il Pantheon Nazionale e il quartiere Alfama che attraversa diverse strade strette fino al fiume Tago. Alfama è uno dei quartieri più antichi e tradizionali di Lisbona, noto per le sue case di fado e le feste popolari dei santi, in particolare Sant'Antonio.
Il tour termina alla Cattedrale di Lisbona, costruita nel 1150, 3 anni dopo il ritorno della città dai Mori. Nel tempo è stato soggetto a vari cambiamenti architettonici, diventando una miscela di stili diversi.

Lisbon walking tour was very informative and fun. Our local guide was just amazing, so much knowledge, Portuguese tart and cherry port were soo good.
Everything was perfect, the guide was fantastic, and it was a superb discovery of LISBON. Nothing to complain about.
This tour walked us through popular neighborhoods, historic and shopping areas. We took the tram, visited small little traveled areas, stopped for coffee as well. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about local history and Lisbon in general. It was a great tour!
Great information about the area and perfect leisurely pace and balance of history, culture, and experiences. Beatrice was a wonderful guide and treated us to a ride on the trolley and a pastel de nata and coffee too! Highly recommend.
3 hour walking tour with Beatrice. The tour gave us the background of Lisbon’s history, while walking through the streets to experience the culture. It was a great tour! We would do this tour again.

Miguel was so knowledgeable and willing to share the history of the area we toured during our walking tour. He was also able to adjust the locations we visited end information he shared when there was an accident that prohibited us jumping into the tram that was part of the regular tour.
Excellent guide actually made sure I could hear her all the time after I said I was hard of hearing. Brilliant information on everything we saw and lots of other info as we were passing for example the barbers shop which was now a jewellers but had to retain all barbers interior. Places to eat, places to visit, and perhaps not to visit. Very informative and a good 3 hours spent
We loved our 3-hour walking tour in Lisbon with Raquel a great guide. It has made this discovery exciting, rich in anecdotes and historical details, while remaining accessible and captivating. His French was impeccable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Raquel is an educated, passionate and effective guide: she knows her job and the history of the city perfectly. She made us discover unusual corners and breathtaking panoramas, while adapting the route to avoid excessively tiring climbs. The ride was varied, with welcome breaks like tram, coffee and local delicacies, which added a warm touch to this immersion. It’s an ideal way to discover Lisbon off the beaten track before exploring further. Raquel knew how to transmit his love for the city, and we had an informative, entertaining and memorable time. Must do as soon as you arrive in Lisbon.
Overall great tour. You get to learn a lot of history about Lisbon and see places you might not go to yourself. I was disappointed that the cathedral isn’t open on Mondays, so that part of the tour was skipped. Had I known that earlier, I would have booked the tour on a different day. But our guide did a great job explaining everything and answering questions.
