La Fontana Tedesca (turco : Alman Çeşmesi ; Tedesco : Deutscher Brunnen ) è una fontana in stile gazebo nell'estremità settentrionale dell'ex Ippodromo di Costantinopoli (Piazza Sultanahmet ) a Istanbul e di fronte al Mausoleo del Sultano Ahmed I. Fu costruito per commemorare il secondo anniversario della visita dell'imperatore Tedesco Guglielmo II a Istanbul nel 1898. Fu costruita in Germania, poi trasportata pezzo per pezzo e assemblata nel sito attuale nel 1900. La cupola ottagonale della fontana in stile neobizantino ha otto colonne di marmo e l'interno della cupola è ricoperto da mosaici dorati.
Sebbene l'Ippodromo sia solitamente associato ai giorni di gloria di Costantinopoli come capitale imperiale, in realtà è anteriore a quell'epoca. Il primo Ippodromo fu costruito quando la città si chiamava Bisanzio, ed era una città di provincia di moderata importanza. Nel 203 d.C. l'imperatore Settimio Severo ricostruì la città e ne ampliò le mura, dotandola di un ippodromo, un'arena per le corse dei carri e altri divertimenti.

La Moschea Blu, conosciuta anche come Moschea Sultan Ahmed (in turco Sultanahmet Camii), è una moschea imperiale storica dell'epoca ottomana situata a Istanbul, in Turchia. Fu costruita tra il 1609 e il 1617 durante il governo di Ahmed I. Attrae un gran numero di turisti ed è uno dei monumenti più iconici e popolari dell'architettura ottomana.

Both the tour and the guide are amazing. In the morning the guide arrived about 15 minutes earlier and the company messaged me via WhatsApp about the arrival of the guide. The guide’s name is CAN. He is a very friendly, professional guide. After our tour ended he has spent a few more minutes walking me to the entrance of my the next place I planned to visit and then said goodbye to me.

Ece was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She also kept a really good pace for our group so that we can understand and we didn’t miss anything. would definitely recommend her for future tours and if we return book her for any other tours, we decide to take.

Very nice tour. The tour guide is nice and knowledgeable. We visited 3 classic spots in Istanbul and I like basilica cistern the most.

Great experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable. There was a long line to get into Basilica Cistern but with a tour guide we were able to go right in through a separate line. Went at 13:30.
