We were in Copenhagen for the first time and were interested in the history of the city, the city itself, and the people and their lifestyles. When the tour guide asked us about our tour preferences, we were overwhelmed. We had hoped for a suggestion, perhaps something off the beaten path. Our companion was young and had not lived in Copenhagen for long, was very friendly, and walked a great distance with us. All in all, the price-performance ratio was mediocre…
We had Nadine as our guide. She was friendly but very poorly prepared and could only provide us with inadequate information about the sights. For example, she did not know the way back from the Christiansborg to Reffen. Lack of information during the walking time. Incorrect information, for example, about the Royal Copenhagen store (there is also costume jewelry there). We were very disappointed, especially since the title of the tour is "Crown Jewels." Out of the 3 hours, we spent at least 1 hour in Christiansborg.
My husband and I had a five o'clock rainy but memorable 3-hour tour with Simona. She was so knowledgable and such a joy to be around, we really enjoyed the tour. We learned a lot about Copenhagen, got some great photos, and had a real appreciation for the history of the area. Thank you Simona for going the extra mile, or kilometer for us. unique experience. walking through the streets of Copenhagen with our guide Simona was super instructive, but also fun. offered us a 360-degree view of the city. History, culture, current events and small anecdotes. She's an empathetic and very cultured woman. Super recommended.
It was an informative tour. More history knowledge would have been good. But overall a very good tour of the main sites of Copenhagen. Sometimes it was hard to hear our guide, but traffic contributed to background noice.
Our guided tour in German was cancelled 10 minutes before the start. We were already on the bus to the meeting point. It was all very, very annoying. There was no substitute, and if we had known sooner, we would have planned the day differently or booked a different tour. It was only a small consolation that we were reimbursed quickly.
