La nostra avventura inizia con un emozionante giro in barca attraverso la riserva. Qui potrete osservare un'impressionante varietà di uccelli, tra cui i maestosi fenicotteri rosa che si riuniscono in grandi gruppi. Con un po' di fortuna, potrete avvistare i coccodrilli nel loro habitat naturale, un'esperienza che vi lascerà senza fiato. Inoltre, scopriremo insieme un occhio d'acqua nel mezzo della palude di mangrovie, una sorgente d'acqua dolce che sgorga dalla terra in modo del tutto naturale. Per completare questa incredibile esperienza, vi porteremo in uno squisito ristorante locale dove gusterete un delizioso pranzo con vista sul mare. Avrete il tempo di rilassarvi o di fare una nuotata rinfrescante. È il modo perfetto per concludere una giornata ricca di scoperte. Un'avventura che vi metterà in contatto con la natura e che non vorrete perdere!

Itinerario
La guida certificata verrà a prendervi al punto d'incontro per salire a bordo del trasporto e inizieremo con i ritiri.
Una volta a bordo, inizieremo il nostro viaggio verso la spiaggia di Celestún. Durata 1:30 ore. Arriveremo al molo per poter salire a bordo della barca ed entrare nell'habitat dei fenicotteri e di altre specie di uccelli con una guida speciale della regione. Durata della passeggiata: 1:30 ore.
Torneremo di nuovo al veicolo di trasporto per andare in un meraviglioso beach club. Durata: 30 minuti Al beach club avrai tempo per pranzare, fare un bagno in piscina o in spiaggia, una delle decisioni più difficili che dovrai prendere durante il viaggio. Potrai utilizzare tutti i servizi durante il nostro soggiorno. Durata: 2:30 ore
Inizieremo il viaggio di ritorno verso la città di Mérida, per concludere il tour nel luogo in cui ti sei imbarcato.

Our guide Efraim was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire trip and even captured some great photos of us. We learned so many interesting facts about flamingos from him and the boat guide. Also saw the mangrove trees, a crocodile, blue crab and spoonbill birds. The beach afterward was absolutely beautiful (bring a towel) with way less seaweed than the east coast for this time of year and lunch there was delicious (don’t miss out on the fish fillet.) Overall a very relaxing day trip from Merida and highly recommend!
Had an unforgettable time in Celestún. Went in mid-feb and the flamingos were out in droves. The boat through the mangrove was also spectacular. The raccoons were also really cool and so cute (my wife was a lil’ more hesitant than me). The car was also well AC and the ride was smooth. Shout out to Efraín for his great energy and easily approachable demeanor. This may have been my favorite excursion the entire trip!
Both the bus to Celestún and the boat in the mangroves were good vehicles. Efrain did an excellent job as guide, and was knowledgeable in both languages. Both drivers and Efrain were very considerate in helping us, with our mobility issues, into and out of the vehicles. Celestun is a prime birding area, and in the short time we were there, we saw some good rarities, plus thousands of flamingoes. The food on the beach was wonderful. We all had the shrimp - kebabs, with garlic or pasta. It was nice beside the water, which proved too rough for swimming for us that day. A day and pesos well spent.
The flamingos and mangroves at the Celestún biosphere were amazing. Enjoyed seeing these beautiful sites.
A relaxing and fun tour, it will be a highlight of the trip to Merida. The flamingos were a highlight, but there are so many other species at the reserve!
We had a great time with Efraim, who was very patient and explained everything in both English and Spanish. The mangrove tour was great. We saw many flamingos and other types of birds, and took the boat through a mangrove tunnel. Afterward, the seafood st the beach was a nice way to unwind.

Celestum beautiful place, protected place as nature reserve, cute flamingos and beach place , cute beautiful place view and places to eat and enjoy the day
Excellent experience, it is a paradise this tour, our guide Mr. Jorge Malpica, a very prepared biologist, gave us a wonderful and very interesting explanation of all the fauna , exceeded our expectations of the tour. 100% recommended!!
The walk was amazing, especially by our guide Jorge and driver Raul. His explanations were very interesting and complete about the whole area and ecosystems. I highly recommend them, everything perfect.
