Più vicino rispetto alle partite ufficiali che si tengono al Kokugikan, puoi vedere il loro respiro e le loro espressioni facciali da lontano, e osservare i suoni dei loro corpi che si scontrano e le sessioni di allenamento mattutine tese. La voce dell'allenatore suona forte e dura, e potrebbe sorprenderti. Itinerario
Visita a una delle forti stalle del sumo e guarda il loro allenamento per un'ora. Dopo, puoi scattare alcune foto con i lottatori di Sumo e fare loro domande. Note* 1) Si prega di astenersi da conversazioni private durante il tour per la concentrazione del rikishi e dei suoi apprendisti. 2) È vietato scattare fotografie video o flash all’interno della Stalla del Sumo. *Le fotografie senza flash vanno bene. 3) Snack, pane, palline di riso e altro cibo non sono ammessi durante la Pratica Mattinale. Si prega di portare le proprie bevande con coperchi.

A truly surprising experience. The guide was very attentive, the meeting point was easy to find, and the sumo wrestlers were amazing. They also give you time to ask questions and take photos at the end. 10/10 experience!

We had a fantastic tour guide Nori who explained us before the training the basics and was very pleasent and kind. The training was an absolute once in a lifetime experience, watching real professional Sumo wrestlers do their intense morning routine under the strict eyes of the stable coach and boss. We could take photos and talk to the wrestlers afterwards. Highly recommended Japanese experience.
