Puoi provare a preparare campioni di cibo, una cultura tradizionale giapponese, a Kappabashi. I campioni di cibo fanno parte della cultura giapponese. Puoi creare un campione di cibo dall'aspetto realistico con la cera. Puoi vedere molti di questi campioni di cibo nelle vetrine dei ristoranti giapponesi. Questa volta prepareremo la tempura, un famoso cibo giapponese. Non è necessario portare nulla per partecipare a questo workshop. Ti invitiamo a provare a realizzare campioni di cibo con noi! Note per la preparazione di campioni alimentari: Verranno forniti grembiuli. Si prega di presentarsi al negozio con abiti con maniche che, se possibile, possono essere arrotolate fino al gomito. Koo-San met us and took us through the best experience of our visit to Tokyo. We took his recommendations on a traditional chef knife for our family, saw some beautiful pottery and dishes. The sampuru food making was incredible. Such a wonderful memory. Thank you koo-San!

Motonori was our guide. He was great. The food sample store Ganso shokuhin was great and the sample making was a lot of fun.

Yuko, our tour guide, was WONDERFUL! She gave great context into how fake food making started, showed us some nice shops and translated well throughout the class. She made the price point of this class worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed the class and only wished it was longer and we could have made more items.
