hello! i am emily and this was my tour guide for august 26, 2026. yuki-san was our tour guide for my mom, my dad, and me! i would recommend her to any foreigner visiting japan for the first time! she was very helpful on finding areas we did not know about, and also telling us things about in japan. we learned about many different cultures in japan that we didn’t know about beforehand. i personally cannot walk or stand for too long and she helped me with my needs and offered guidance with it by letting me take small breaks and staying with me during these breaks. overall, she is a very nice helpful tour guide and would recommend to everyone!

This was an excellent way to spend a day in Tokyo. Having visited Tokyo previously and seen the historic and religious sites we thought we would like to visit some traditional shops this time. Masa contacted us prior to our visit and tailored our visit to our requirements in a very efficient manner. It couldn't have been better. He met us on time at our hotel and helped us experience the train system on our way to some wonderful shops. It made the absolute best use of our short time in Tokyo rather than wasting time trying to work it out for ourselves. Would definitely use this site again

Izumi was excellent. He took us to 4 shopping areas and we found many things we liked. He also is very knowledgeable about Tokyo history. He guided us through using the subway and finding our way.

We took a train to the Shibuya area of Tokyo which we wanted to see. The train ride there was easy and fun. It being the weekend, there were a lot of shoppers in Tokyo. Rather noisy in the Pachinko business there.

We really enjoyed our tour and more specifically enjoyed the fact that at the beginning our guide Mr Izumi set us down and explained several options we had and allowed us to tailor our tour to what our family wanted to see. We did the Tokyo Shopping Street Hopping private tour with Sam today. Communication was excellent. I told her what we were looking for in the shopping tour and she made sure we got what we needed. Her English was very good and conversation was very pleasant. We would not have been able to navigate the Tokyo train system effectively without her guidance. She met us at our hotel and made sure we got back. Highly recommended!

Noripy was so sweet and she took us to all the destinations we requested. She found a great lunch spot that offered many options, even for our teenager who is a very picky eater. We were grateful for her help in navigating the subway system there and translating for us when needed in the shops. She was so helpful and kind.
