For our family of four’s first time in Japan, we wanted an English-speaking guide to help us navigate and learn. Nagahori, set up a custom schedule of multiple sites based on our preferences and met us right at our hotel to make things super-easy. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared and took great care to make sure we were all having a great time, especially our children (10 and 13 yo). We especially enjoyed learning about Japanese religions and language. He was also a great photographer and put together a wonderful photo album so that we’ll be able to cherish the memories of our trip. We also got to try some delicious Gyudon that he helped us find (even after the first place was closed because of holiday). I would definitely recommend for any visitors to Tokyo.
This tour was amazing. The whole day was great and we saw so much of Tokyo. Our tour guide Mitch was knowledgeable and helped customize a great experience. I had my 16 year old son with me and he helped make a tour that included many things he enjoyed. We missed the early AM sumo practice because they ended early but everything else was perfect as planned! He was awesome with pictures and food recommendations too! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time exploring the shrine and markets of Kyoto with the nicest guide ever, Masako!!! She took us to a secluded Bamboo forest and knew all the history behind it. Amazing person and experience.
Michiko showed us the Meiji Jingu Shrine and then she introduced us to a wonderful traditional Japanese restaurant. There was no English menu, so we were very grateful that she translated the set lunch options for us. After lunch, she took us off the beaten path to Todoroki, where we explored the beautiful valley. We ended the day at the breathtaking Jōshin-ji Temple. As we arrived, a Buddhist service had just begun, and we were able to listen to the chanting. We respectfully observed from outside the hall and felt privileged to witness such a peaceful and moving moment of Japanese culture. It was an experience we and our kids will always remember. Michiko is a walking encyclopdia and is both serious as well as happy to provide funny facts!

A family half day tour booked only a couple of days in advance. Tak was our guide and introduced himself by email in advance and was full of suggestions for us to consider. We quickly agreed on a plan and left room for flexibility. Tak is a gentleman, the nicest person you can meet, a real gem. An expressive excellent communicator with a good sense of humour, he goes above and beyond. Assisting to buy IC cards, translating dietary requirements at a restaurant and taking us seamlessly through Tokyo's subway. Very patient while we shopped. Highly recommended, he is just great.
