Excellent tour. Izumi was our guide and did a wonderful job.
Great way to see the main attractions in Tokyo with a very knowledgeable guide and luxury of van travel.
Our guide, Seizo, was fabulous and very friendly. He gave us suggestions on what to see ahead of time. On our tour, he explained some of the history and provided other recommendations of things to do next time we visit. He found a lunch spot that was delicious. It was hot and it was nice to see the city in a car with AC. We always had a cool spot after visiting the shrines, palace, and temple. Highly recommend. Ask for Seizo!
Thank you very much for your very valuable and favorable comments on my guiding. It was a great honor for me to have the opportunity to guide you in Tokyo by a private car. I myself enjoyed visiting several popular sightseeing spots in Tokyo with you including the delicious Japanese food restaurant near Tokyo Station. I wish you and your family the very best for the future. Best Regards Seizo Kamiuto
Yoshi was an excellent, friendly, knowledgeable guide. We really enjoyed our time with him. He has superb knowledge of Tsukiji fish market, and we appreciated that he was able to show us the best Wagyu skewers and steer us away from vendors that were less suitable for our tastes. He also pointed out excellent strawberry daifuku which we all devoured. We loved his insights at Senso-ji and Meiji Jingu. We highly recommend Yoji. You will have a great time with him in Tokyo!
Thank you so much for your kind review. I was so happy to read it and glad to know you enjoyed foods at Tsukiji. I myself really enjoyed the tour and talking with you all and visiting the church with your parents at the end of the tour. Hope you had a great time thereafter in Tokyo and other area in Japan. Thank you again, from your guide Yoshi.
Our licensed guide, Izumi, and driver, Paul, were both great. Izumi shared a vast historic overview of each location we visited and expertly answered any questions we had. In addition, he created a friendly atmosphere and interacted with all seven of us. Paul did an excellent driving job and made certain he was there immediately when we were ready to go to our next destination. I highly recommend this tour to others.
Thank you for joining the tour and thank you very much for your wonderful comment. It’s indeed my great pleasure to hear that the tour was enjoyable. I appreciate various questions given to me during the tour, which was really my great pleasure. See you again. Izumi
Our tour in Tokyo was fantastic. Our guide, Kahori, contacted me shortly after scheduling the tour through Viator. She explained who she was, a bit about her experience and gave our group an example itinerary to help us choose places we were interested in. Our group had a few travelers with extreme dietary restrictions/ allergies. Kahori helped us find and research several places that would accommodate our needs. Kahori checked in with our group to remind us of the tour and was very attentive to our groups suggestions. On the day of the tour she was waiting for us in the lobby of the hotel and was extremely friendly and punctual. We visited 5 different areas across Tokyo (Senso Ji temple, Imperial Palace Gardens, Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo Tower, Metropolitan government building). Although we did do everything, I would suggest sticking to a specific area as we found we were on a very tight time schedule for 6 hours. We truly underestimated how sprawling the city is. We ended the trip with lunch at Tempura Asakusa Sakura. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our group. The tour was amazing and I would highly recommend it.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We visited many different spots during the tour, and I'm glad we were able to see everything we had planned. Thank you for your cooperation throughout the day. I truly enjoyed spending time with all of you. Your warmth, kindness, and great sense of humor made the tour especially fun. I was also happy to hear that you enjoyed the tempura for lunch. If you come back to Japan again, let's visit even more fun and exciting places together. Kahori
We had an amazing time on our 6-hour private tour with Kahori! She was so knowledgeable, sweet, and patient with our group. Our driver, Tamae, was safe and efficient, even showing us some extra sights along the way. Kahori contacted us a few days in advance to plan an itinerary that fit our needs and the sights we wanted to see. We started at the Meiji Jingu Shrine, then the Imperial Palace, then the Tsukiji Fish Market, and we ended at Yanaka Ginza. Kahori had engaging and relevant historical and cultural information for each site (she even carried an iPad with really helpful visual aids). At the Tsukiji Market she helped us find which shops to go to for lunch and explained all of the different types of food (we ended up having our favorite sushi from our entire trip from her recommendation!). She was really attentive to the needs of our group, always checking in if we needed more time and making sure we got to see everything we wanted to see. I would absolutely recommend a tour with Kahori!
Thank you for your wonderful review. It was truly a pleasure meeting such a lovely family, and I had a wonderful time with all of you. We were very lucky to see the morning purification ceremony at Meiji Jingu. It was a special experience. I was also delighted to see you enjoying the foods I recommended at Tsukiji. Seeing how much you liked them made me very happy. The next time you visit Japan, let's go and explore more fun and exciting places together. I look forward to seeing you again! 😊 Kahori
Excellent experience with Mr. Izumi. He communicated with me in advance to arrange the meeting point and then ask about preferences on locations to visit. During our tour, he customized as we went and was open to changes. He made suggestions and recommendations and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful day together in Tokyo!

Yoshi was a wonderful tour guide for Tokyo! He was so helpful and knowledgeable and showed us the city. We had a large group that he kept organized and happy.
We only had 6 hours to see the most important attractions of Tokyo and our guide "nailed it". Rumi was so pleasant and personable, and did an amazing job sharing the history and culture with us. I only wish we had another day to spend with her!
