Escursione di un'intera giornata in tre regioni meridionali dell'Armenia: Ararat, Vayots Dzor e Syunik. La prima tappa sarà al monastero Khor Virap nella valle dell'Ararat. Qui la storia cristiana dell'Armenia iniziò all'inizio del IV secolo. Tranne il monastero visiterai anche la prigione sotterranea, dove San Gregorio l'Illuminatore fu tenuto per 13 anni. Il punto panoramico qui ha una delle migliori viste per montare Ararat. Continuerai la strada verso il pittoresco canyon di Gnishik e raggiungerai il Monastero di Noravank circondato da rocce rosse. Più tardi pranzerai in un ristorante autentico vicino al fiume Arpa e proseguirai verso la destinazione principale del giorno: il monastero medievale di Tatev. Il monastero medievale si trova nel canyon rosso del fiume Gnishik. Qui ogni visitatore può sentire il rapporto armonioso tra architettura e natura.
Volo sopra la gola di Vorotan con la funivia più lunga del mondo. Ci vogliono 15 minuti per raggiungere l'altro lato del canyon ad una distanza di 5,5 km. Il prezzo del biglietto varia durante l'anno.

It was an amazing tour. Comfortable car, an exceptionally amazing guide who took us to all the places in the package and breathtaking views. This private tour was all we wanted and expected from our trip to Armenia. Especially the journey, snow covered mountains, snow steams and cold winds made it much more memorable. Gor was our driver-cum- guide and he is a gem of a person. We talked all through our journey of 12-13 hours knowing about all what this tour and Armenia has to offer. Associate was great and cooperative but many commitments made in the booking list was news to him. Like food and drinks included, free WiFi etc. We had to pay for food and drinks. It is very frustrating to tell him that these are your inclusions and them see a doubtful face. I would never recommend Viator.
