Very interesting few hours. I grew up in Syracuse but left in 1985. Downtown Syracuse was the center of growing up as I went to grammar school downtown and it was a part of my childhood. The tour was interesting because you learned a lot about the buildings that for years I passed. Learning about the history and events that occurred in the past that I was oblivious to was eye opening. The hosts of the tour are definitely passionate about Syracuse and it was great that they are sharing their knowledge with others.
The guides were extremely knowledgeable of Syracuse and its history. Easy walk and very little sidewalk traffic on a Sunday morning.
Loved this walking tour downtown Syracuse. The guide was excellent the tour was long enough to see a good portion of the downtown area and the scenery is amazing. Lots of history and beautiful old buildings. Truly enjoyed ourselves.
Steve and Zoryanna were fantastic tour guides. They drove to my location to find me after someone in the neighborhood accidentally gave me the wrong meeting spot (not Viator's nor the guides' fault). Their knowledge of downtown Syracuse is extensive and delivered in an engaging, memorable way. This tour offered something for everyone -- sports, American history, art and architecture, and captivationg historical stories and anecdotes. I highly recommend this tour without reservation; it's a bargain, too.
Thank you so much Theresa! It was a pleasure to have on our tour!
