INFORMAZIONI DI CONTATTO UNA VOLTA ARRIVATI ALL'AEROPORTO DI CANCUN Una volta arrivati all'aeroporto internazionale di Cancun, seguite queste indicazioni per trovare l'autista che vi porterà a destinazione: “Ti consigliamo di scaricare l'applicazione WhatsApp durante il tuo soggiorno nei Caraibi messicani per facilitare la comunicazione e migliorare la tua esperienza.” All'arrivo, si prega di mostrare il voucher di conferma sul telefono al rappresentante della compagnia e all'autista. • Una volta atterrati all'aeroporto di Cancun, riceverete un SMS o un messaggio di testo Whatsapp dal rappresentante aeroportuale della compagnia e dovrete prima passare i controlli di immigrazione e dogana. Monitoreremo il tuo volo e il terminal di arrivo fino alla tua partenza... Dopo aver superato l'immigrazione, ritirato i bagagli e superato la dogana, lungo il corridoio troverete venditori di multiproprietà e di trasporti. Cercheranno di offrirti tour gratuiti e assistenza per i tuoi trasferimenti. PER FAVORE IGNORATELI (non parlate con loro e continuate a camminare). Dopo essere usciti dalla porta scorrevole principale, troverete il nostro team; vi aspetteremo nella zona in cui si trovano tutte le altre compagnie di trasporto. • Il rappresentante dell'azienda ti accoglierà con un tablet su cui è scritto il tuo nome e indosserà una maglietta verde a maniche lunghe. Andare direttamente alle porte di uscita. Se un rappresentante di altre agenzie o hotel cerca di fermarti (CI SONO MOLTI TRUFFATORI), ti preghiamo di non fermarti e di aiutarci rivolgendoti direttamente al nostro rappresentante (saremo lì ad aspettarti, quindi non credere a chi dice che il nostro team se n'è andato o che ti rimborserà). I nostri rappresentanti aeroportuali indossano un'uniforme con una camicia verde mela e pantaloni neri. Tutti i nostri rappresentanti e autisti sono inoltre in possesso di un documento d'identità aeroportuale autorizzato. Se impieghi più di un'ora per lasciare il terminal dopo l'atterraggio a causa della compagnia aerea, dello smarrimento dei bagagli o di altri motivi e se non vedi il nostro autista quando esci dall'aeroporto, ti preghiamo di contattarci. Ci impegniamo a fornire un servizio di trasporto agevole, puntuale e confortevole. STP Caribe provided an excellent services from Cancun airport to the hotel zone. Jesus the driver was prompt and courteous. Fresh towels to clean your face and hands after your flight arrival into a spotless SUV black limo perfect for 4 passengers. Cold beer and water during your trip. Excelent service to greet you outside the terminal.

We were picked up in a luxury GMC Denali from the Cancun airport, taken to a Playa Mujeres resort. Alfredo was our driver. He greeted us with hand sanitizer and aromatic hand towels. He was friendly and hospitable. The vehicle was clean as usual. We’ve probably used this company at least 10 times, and referred the company to family and friends. You’d be pleased should you decide to book them.

Andres was an amazing experience. He made sure me and my friend got to our destination safely. He played the music we wanted from our Bluetooth. The pickup and dropoff process was SEAMLESS!! Very punctual and extremely professional. Would book again and highly recommend!!

Our host was Marcelo, who was extremely responsive. As this was our first trip to Cancun, as soon as our flight landed, I received a text. He stayed in touch with me until he escorted us to our driver Darwin. Darwin was professional, kind and our service was exceptional!!! My husband and I were met with hand sanitizer, a cool towel, a mint and a cold bottle of water! The customer service by both gentlemen was impressive!!! Thank you for such a coordinated ride! We are so grateful for your hospitality and kindness!
