Ti diamo il benvenuto per scoprire i sapori, i colori e il ritmo reali di Panama City nella nostra avventura di degustazione di street food che va ben oltre i ristoranti. Questo non è un pasto seduto, è un'esperienza a piedi attraverso i quartieri più autentici della città, dove potrai assaggiare, imparare e connetterti con le persone dietro la cucina locale di Panama. Inizia al Seafood Market con tre tipi di ceviche, poi esplora il San Felipe Neri Market per assaggiare piatti afro-caraibici, succhi tropicali, caffè Geisha e salse piccanti. Proseguire lungo Avenida Central per tamales e una visita a una panetteria locale. A El Chorrillo, gustate pesce di cocco, pollo alla griglia, chorizo affumicato e pesce escabeche, servito in porzioni di degustazione. Cocktail o succo di rum opzionale incluso. Il mercato di San Felipe Neri ci metterà in contatto con i migliori succhi naturali della città. Avremo anche modo di assaggiare uno dei migliori filetti di pesce della zona.
Il Café Coca Cola è il luogo dove assaggeremo la migliore zuppa di Casco Viejo.
Plaza Amador ci darà la possibilità di provare due stand gastronomici locali che offrono piatti di alta qualità dal sapore incredibile. El sabor del barrio mas autentico de la ciudad lo podemos encontrar aca.

This tour is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very very kind. We felt the love that went into this tour with ever step we took!!! The food is delicious and you will leave full to the rim!!!! I can only say if you want to experience Panamá book this tour.

THIS TOUR WAS AMAZING!!! Jonathan and Elena (along with their team) took great care of the group. We sampled the best foods and juices for 5 hours!!! Money well spent!! They provided history and connection to the food scene of Panama. We visited several neighborhoods and sampled authentic ethnic foods of the county. We watched soccer practice, ate grilled chicken and chili dogs and got all the best details about where to shop and eat. This tour is PERFECT for someone moving to Panama or someone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture and food of the city. Jonathan, Elena and their team were professional and personable, they paid attention to details. They provided details about the food we ate and made accommodations for any food allergies. If you are visiting Panama for the first time or looking for good places to eat, THIS TOUR IS A MUST!
Wow!!! That's all I can say. I expected just a food tour but was pleasantly surprised to receive a piece of the history of the Afro-Panamanian story. The tour was interactive and full of robust foods and information. I highly suggest the tour. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for a hearty walk through some of the less known neighborhoods.

This tour was amazing. The portions are small BUT there is ALOT of food. By the end of the tour I was stuffed! I loved the headsets that were provided. I never missed a single word of the tour. The guides were fun friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking this!
