Vieni con me in un tour intimo con un bel mix di storia, architettura, aneddoti divertenti, qualche battuta e cibo davvero, davvero, gustoso. Inizieremo da Plaza Mayor per poi farci strada attraverso la città vecchia, fermandoci in un mercato locale per gustare alcuni antipasti e bevande. Proseguiamo poi il nostro viaggio storico attraverso le parti più antiche e interessanti del centro storico, per terminare infine davanti al maestoso Palazzo Reale. Dopo aver messo da parte la storia finiremo il tour in un ristorante locale davvero classico dove potrai assaggiare cibo diverso e deliziose bevande locali. Naturalmente, a parte le chicche alimentari, avremo l'opportunità di rilassarci, conoscerci meglio e condividere qualche risata. Voglio farti sentire come se stessi passeggiando per la città con un gruppo di amici ma uno di loro ne sa molto ed è più che disposto a condividere la conoscenza con te!

Plaza Mayor è un simbolo di Madrid e non deve essere persa. I lavori di costruzione di questa vasta area aperta nel centro della città iniziarono nel XVII secolo. Parleremo della sua storia e della sua evoluzione nel corso dei secoli.
Passando attraverso l'arco dei Cuchilleros, visiteremo "Sobrino de Botín", un ristorante spagnolo a Madrid, fondato nel 1725. Avremo l'opportunità di entrare ed esplorarlo da cima a fondo.
Situato nel cuore di Madrid, il Mercado de San Miguel è un monumento alla cucina spagnola, punto d'incontro per gli amanti del cibo. Lì mangeremo e berremo alcuni dei migliori prodotti che questa città ha da offrirti.
Plaza de la Villa è uno dei monumenti storici meglio conservati di Madrid. Parleremo dei suoi edifici e della loro storia, nonché di una figura molto importante della temuta Armata spagnola.

Il viadotto di Segovia è un viadotto nel quartiere La Latina di Madrid, in Spagna. Nel corso dei secoli la zona è stata un importante crocevia. Una versione successiva venne costruita nel 1934 in sostituzione della precedente in ferro eretta nel 1874
Qui comprenderemo davvero le radici di Madrid. Come è nato e il suo vero scopo allora.
La cattedrale di Madrid, che sorge nella Madrid asburgica, ha una storia breve ma tortuosa.
Il Palazzo Reale di Madrid (spagnolo: Palacio Real de Madrid) è la residenza ufficiale della famiglia reale spagnola nella città di Madrid, anche se ora viene utilizzata solo per cerimonie di stato. Il palazzo è il più grande palazzo reale ancora funzionante e il più grande d'Europa per superficie. Dall'esterno (non entreremo all'interno), parleremo di tutta la sua storia fino ad oggi!

Abel took us to see many historic sites in Madrid and was knowledgeable about each one! We also were able to try local cuisine.
We had a great tour with Abel. He’s a wealth of knowledge on the history of Madrid, we learnt so much. All food and drink stops along the way were delicious. We’d highly recommend this tour.

Abel created an amazing tour, with a perfect blend of history, engaging storytelling, and delicious tapas and drinks. We stopped by two food establishments, a bustling food market and a restaurant, both highly respected and established places. There was a delicious cocktail at each stop (juice or water available to non-drinkers). We had huge charcuterie platters to share at the market (assorted cheeses, meats, olives, bread, etc.) and yummy local sausages and garlic mushrooms with bread for dipping at the other place. Got a quick private of the Botin, the oldest restaurant in the world! Do not hesitate to book this tour.
